So I just want to share my experience with the Suzuki 10’. I bought the fully built rod from tomo tackle and I instantly in love with the action and weight of the rod. It’s super light and cast so minnows a mile out. Sweet spot is 1.5 oz and super fun fighting gators and 30lbers. The tip is very sensitive so it also do well with fluking from surf. Unfortunately the factory ceramic guides are really bad in quality. 2 of them chipped after 2 weeks and I lost a diamond jig during cast. So I went ahead and replace with Fuji guide from my local shop. A week after, the biggest guide and 2nd from top had cracked. This time I lost my super stroke popper. I called blackhole, they can only send replacement guides with factory one. So I said no thanks. With 98$ for the blank, the rest costs over 100$ which is almost the same price to replace all factory guides with Fuji. If you want to get this rod, I suggest you get the blank and custom build it.
suzuki does not come in a 10'6 ...only 9'6 and 10'. i have both these versions. is yours something different? sorry to hear you had some issues with it. they have proven pretty durable for my use (shore casting). landed a few decent fish on them too. you are correct..the blank is excellent..
Angling Addicts you were right. I updated the comment. This blank had landed me tons of nice size fish. I love it so much and get the 9’6” also for lures that need faster action.
@@mazisama666 this is a fairly big GT i landed on my 9'6 suzuki on very light tackle. ua-cam.com/video/sI7B6yWyaeQ/v-deo.html . Check it out if you get the chance. the 9'6 has amazing backbone for such a skinny rod lol...
This is the Rod. I love everything about Korea! \m/
