I have just started following pujapuneet lately. What i have actually observed in her is her high energy. I am following a lot of other life coaches too but her energy and pearls of wisdom are absolutely mind blowing. Sunne ko mann karta and baate andar tak dimaag mein jati hai. Life coach hone ke naate bahut cheeze matter karti hai. Uska face ,uski charismatic personality, uski clothing sense, uske words, knowledge, sense of humour everything puja has. 1. Bold enthusiasm
2. No judgement... *If you feel judgemental/ values not aligned dont take that client*
3..love human race 🙂God makes no mistakes, don't judge them, it's their journey.. With you they feel only love
4. Confidentiality and safe space.. No third person's presence ... Dont share with your family also.. Dont break their trust.. Meet not in public place but private room or zoom
5. Raise their ambition... Double their goal
. Clients don't believe in themselves.. They have to see themselves through your eyes, where they start to believe in themselves, because you can see in them what they can't see ij themselves
6. No advice.. You are not Aunty, dont say if i was you...no one right answer... See where they are. Where they want to go.. Their value system.. Discover their right answer in the discussion...dont give advice.... onus of decision making is on them
7. Integrity.. *Do what you say*.. Become most honest version of your self.. Because you get paid for your words.. More value you give to your words, higher you will be paid.. Build trust between your conscious and subconscious.. Then everything you say becomes true.. Because of your integrity, clients see you as role model and will do what you tell them to do, they will take action and will get results.. They will start trust themselves
8. Saying I don't know is ok .. Say till now what I said, i know that but this i dont know... Practice i dont know, i dont know.. Because as a coach you become arrogant.

7. Closer to your own journey...better for 121..

Donts in 121
Dont be self critical.. You keep getting better and better.. Acknowledge and praise yourself. Collect pleasure.. Atleast you did this.. Feedback for improvement
Silly resistance.. Move the spotlight on your client and serve them.. Spotlight is Not on you..mission is far greater than you.. Shift focus from you and ask how can i serve them..
What you wear, look is not so. Important..
No need to Be right all the time because you don't have full information in 121...you can take u turn later.. Release your ego.. You are a servant leader not a Guruji
You don't need to coach anyone who is not aligned with you.. You can't help them, they will damage you too.. Dont say yes to everyone.. No children, no dads, only moms 45+
Don't be a perfectionist.. Start before you are ready
Do show up
. Even if you have one client.. Focus on who are there rather than empty seats.. Think it doesn't get worse than this
Fail fast, fail forward... Learn everyday what you need to do.. Wowww..face and Overcome problems
First say yes. Then do it
Continous education.. Compulsory.. Even if you already know that, just to stay in the energy. Be a good student, so that you can be best teacher
Dont have any attachment to sale in the clarity call.. Just connect to their soul.. In the end Just state the price and number of sessions.. No discount or offer etc.. No gst waiver etc
