Her 'Wait with me till the morning' is perfection. And like most continentals (unlike the natives) her English enunciation is beautiful.
I know the genuine sound of silence. I grew up in the rural bushes of Jamaica where at night, you can't see your hands when you put them in front of your face. At nights I could really hear the sound of silence. Everything was so deathly silent, frightening, but peaceful. It was deafening. As my ear strained to try discerning anything, even the sound of a falling pin. There was just a non-sound whistling in my ear. Yes, her voice truly is marvellous, as it was a deja-vu to my now 70+ years ears. Merci beaucoup!?
