    I've just come across your channel and watched all four episodes. So amazing and inspiring and so well captured. We're going in June, can't wait!

      Oh how nice. In June you might still see some snow on the higher mountains and fields will probably be more green. Would be my top pick period if I ever get there again 😁. Enjoy your trip!

    Hey
    Super mooie reis gedaan precies. Wij trekken in eind september voor 3 weken naar daar. We gaan ook zelf met de 4x4 rond trekken. Leuke en goede tips en triks?

      Leuke vooruitzichten! Wij leerden pas te laat (onderweg in Kirgizië) het boek van Ountravela kennen, met fantastische 4x4 routes. Mss kan je daar verder inspiratie opdoen voor routes!

    Cool video! where do you find "road maps" for the navigation? i see that google maps it us almost useless unfortunately

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  9 місяців тому

      Thanks! We use organicmaps for offline navigation (mixed with common sense as it's not perfect). There is a nice book with offroad routes from OunTravela which can also help.

      @@seenbyceline great, thank you very much! ...and would you say the road to Kel Suu is fine with a standard 4x4 vehicle? I would prefer that than hiring a driver if the road is not too difficult

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  9 місяців тому

      @@sebastianoangeli7525 we managed with this Toyota 4runner. But as always, road conditions can change so best to inform yourself before the drive. Normally your car rental company should be able to advise you on the itinerary. Good luck!

    What was the canyon you were driving through at 2:46 ?

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  15 днів тому

      I don' know the name but it was on the way to get to Feel Nomad Yurt camp. They have a route description on their website which can help you find this canyon. Enjoy the ride!

    Hello Celine, greetings from Malaysia! My partner and I have been watching your entire Kyrgyzstan series for multiple times as we truly enjoyed it! We are going to Kyrgyzstan in less than a month. May we know after your stay at Feel Nomad Yurt Camp, what’s the route that you went through en route to the south, specifically 3:06 , was that Tosor Pass?

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  Рік тому +1

      Cool plans! This was on the way from Naryn to Kel Suu lake, after Bosogo. Tosor pass was disencouraged by our car rental company but is probably very beautiful as well!

    Hey Céline. Did you book your itinerary with a Kyrgyzstan travel agency? If so could you let me know whom?

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  Рік тому

      Hi there! No I didn't. Only the car, with Serge from Travel Experts. I did share my self-designed itinerary with them to check if it was ok to drive with the car, and they gave me some feedback.

    De camp spot bij Son Kul zag er zalig uit. Zou ik deze kunnen terugvinden, denk je :)? Waar zijn jullie gestart met de wandeling naar Kel Suu?

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  Рік тому

      Bij Son Kul sliepen we in een yurt camp, maar daar zijn zeker wel plekjes om wild te kamperen. De camp spot onderweg maar Son Kul (met zicht op de canyon) vonden we via iOverlander.
      De wandeling naar Kel Suu start waar de weg eindigt 😁. Net even opgezocht, dat noemt de Kok-Kiya valley. Goede reis!!

      @@klasovic als ik het mij goed herinner een uur of 2-2,5 naar boven. Terugkeren gaat een pak sneller. Wij zijn idd langs de Chinese grens gereden nadien, op weg naar Tash Rabat.

      @@seenbyceline Is deze weg goed te doen? En ik heb al eens gelezen dat je er een vergunning voor nodig hebt, klopt dit?

    • @seenbyceline
      @seenbyceline  Рік тому

      @@klasovic Ja, Serge van Travel experts, waar we de auto huurden, had de permit geregeld om in Kel Suu regio te rijden. De weg was te doen qua moeilijkheid maar op een gegeven moment waren we de weg wel wat kwijt (in een grote droge rivierbedding waar er overal sporen waren). Hebben de drone gevlogen om te zien waar de hoofdsporen waren, haha!
