And it's not like he's suspicious of her or anything either. It is stated several times very explicitly that he doesn't want her there because of her literal race. Not because she might fight him, not because she might betray him, not because she would be any kind of threat, but literally and only because of her race. Also later on he DOES grant her entry, but only under very strict conditions. And one of them is that basically she's not allowed to make it so he notices. Not because he's weary, but because he can't stand people of her race around. Is his racism caused by things in the past? Sure, that may be the cause. But that doesn't mean he isn't one 🤷🏻♂️ Also the concept of racism is very different from the concept in our world. In our world the it's little to no difference in the species, specifically not enough to really warrant the grouping into races in the first place. However, in MT there are actual literal races. Our concept of race is more similar to their concept of tribes within a race.

So what you're saying is if i don't want to rent out my appartment to hispanics, that's my right and not racism? @@mioxon4003 the audio quality feels fine. The writing itself is a bit more raw. It took a little getting used to as it's not as polished as the LN. Still fine though. I still plan on rereading the LN though as they come out since they are more concise and events might change around.
