Thank you so much Malke for always bringing amazing topics to your page. And thank you Naveen for giving us your expertise on the topic. May i ask what is the number of publications and citations we need to aim for?

Copy from a single paragraph = plagiarism.
Copy from different articles and publish own paper = Research

    Hi
What is the possibility of eb2 NIW for Indian borns
And how long it will take?

Is the time processing very long for NIW even if you are not from China or India? From submitting the application (I 140) until you get the green card , does it take more than 2 years?

I don't understand something, where are all these physicians finding the time to publish multiple papers? are they taking time off clinic duty or something? like for example ,
is it ok to take time off before starting residency to do research and how does one get good at research anyway? will a master's degree in biochem or natural science help for example? please help clear this up for me🙏.

Yes most of those who publish a lot take time off to do research before, during, or after residency

don't you need some sort of qualification to review journals? or just a degree in a given field will suffice? I'm asking because I have I'm fresh out of med school and have zero experience with research, but I want to be more active in that world.

Thank you so much for this useful video. Sir, I have a question? The two-year home residency requirement comes after getting the residency? If I do 2 year home residency before getting into a US residency then does that count?

when my NIW is preoceeding, can i also apply J1? Additionally, can I apply for NIW when I own a J1 visa?

No you can't unless you have a proof of J-1 visa waiver. Also, you can't apply for J-1 visa and you can't enter the USA with a J-1 visa while applying for an NIW as it is considered an exchange visitor visa, while NIW is an immigration route. Entering the USA under a visitor visa while applying for immigration is considered fraudulent according to the law.
