My Ricoh SP 310DN is running low on toner ink. Amazon is only shipping essentials. Local book shops are selling some toner ink but compatibility is not assured. Can you suggest what toner ink powder is compatible? Thanks in advance

After refilling the cartridge I am occuring the error and when I ask to the company they are saying it's non refillable cartridge. Can you please help me with this !??
