First I use alcohol and then there is foam for plastic. I use these liquids to clean the charge rollers. Then the white gear cleaning fluid is a thickened fluid for washing car engines.

Maybe you were mocking low-quality refill toner. The Drum Cleaning Blade may need to be replaced.
