Great walk through. Just bought the Summit today. What's the difference between the Summit and Summit Reserve? The one I bought has everything as the one in this video PLUS the rear view camera and FLIR night vision. Literally every option imaginable. I had a 2019 Limited that I'm giving my daughter. Really like it which is why I'm buying another one but the Summit is a big step up from the Limited. The air suspension gives is a very plush ride. Just a beautiful SUV.
@@Summitauto From Stellantis' website the main differences are the MacIntosh stereo and passenger display are included in the Reserve (options on the Summit) as well as rear ventilated seats.
The summit reserve has the extended leather package. The lower door panels is wrapped in leather, the center plastic that runs from the edges of the touchscreen all the way down by your seat belt will be wrapped in leather as seen on this video, but also instead of it having storage nets on the backs of the front seat it will be wrapped in leather as seen on this video.
Hi : I am curious if you ever found out what was wrong with that Monroney sticker. Since yr Jeep has the wireless pad and it wasn’t listed anywhere, who would pay ~$1k for just window shades? On mine, it has that Luxury Tech Group V showing both the charging pad and shades for $275, except I have the Tupelo interior. My partner liked that color , but It took me awhile to grow on me. IMO, the Mac radio system is ok, but doesn’t blow away the one in my WK2, the headrest , at its most upright position, still angles slightly forward and is uncomfortable without taking it off, and the overall styling has grown on me. I think the WK design was more aggressive and cooler. But with all that said, I am a Jeep guy and this is my 4th one. I do like the ability to control the ride again, quietness, night vision , passenger screen and overall royal high-end interior design , fell and look We use those rear seat climate controls a lot and love having the quad zones , heated AND ventilated rear seats, an option, not seen on a lot of higher end suvs. Most reviewers can’t/don’t capture the multi-colored reflective flakes in that Diamond Black that really makes it pop. Yes, you can control the nav from the pass screen. I, also, have never seen the rear view mirror on the JGCSR without the camera option. Is that new for 2024? Nice review.
Good catch. The option does include the charging pad. I have a similar model in the 3-Row (L) version. My Monroney doesn't show the wireless pad either, but it's there. I know that the information is often condensed to fit in the available space so perhaps it just got left off the summary. A possible variance could be the two extra lines created by the differential delete. Mine has the automatic-dimming rear-view mirror listed as standard equipment. The digital mirror is listed as part of the Advanced Pro-Tech Group IV package (which also includes the Night Vision, HUD, and Family Cam (interior rear camera - possibly only on the L model). This vehicle doesn't include that package (I did get it as I wanted the HUD).
Such a shame you can't buy anymore with V8 Hemi!!! I keep my 2020 Summit with V8 because of that! If I ever going to buy a reserve, I will swap the engine to a v8 5.7!!!
I just bought GC summit too. I love this suv, but 1 thing makes me mad is 23/24 GC doesn't come with auto breake hold. me n dealer looking for one has it but we couldn't find it or it comes with quick summit order pakage which I don't need. I didn't want a passenger monitor. Dealer says he can't even order a new one with a hold button on it. 22 model which I test drive has it. 22 model.. even overland trim has auto breake hold. wtf jeep...???
Useless. Drove a 2023 January summit for a week last week for a ski trip. 8k miles on it, pretty new. - Drivers side massage seat failed - Passenger side display useless, zero useful feature, just "looks good" - No foldable ski holder (rack?) in 2nd row, so you still have to fold 3rd row, and 1/3 of 2nd row, = max 3 adults for a longer trip. - Active park assist finds the place, tells you to shift into reverse, then tells you active parking is not available, park manually. - Drive assist not working above 145 km/h (on purpose) - Lane assist lane detection hectic, its nice when it stops working at 140 km/h on a highway - Lane assist decides in the middle of a turn that "ok this is now too sharp for me, your turn" - Software issue ( blinking odometer ) on a 8k mile car. Im really-really grateful that i just rented this pile of crap.
Dude you're clueless. Try learning how to use the GC features. And yes the drive assist is good up to 90 mph. If you go faster than that then you're a jackass and a danger on the road. I've had the '24 Summit for 4 months and have experienced ZERO issues thus far. None of what you said is true. At least for me but I took the time to learn how to use its features properly. The Drive Assist (semi-autonomous driving) imo is fantastic.
@@treydrier3169 I probably should have explained what I meant. I owned a Laredo and eventually bought the Overland. I was looking at the Summit but the price between the Laredo and Summit is $30k and the horsepower is exactly the same! I refuse to pay $30k for cosmetics. I love Jeeps but I think they’re ripping us off with the prices. I truly hope you enjoy yours.
@@lifesshort7438 Hey thanks. Just fyi, its not just cosmetics. Its also a lot of tech with the air suspension, night vision, etc. But I agree, its pricey. I bought it last December and Jeep had incentives for 10+% off so it made sense for me.
Beautiful vehicle

Do you have your VIN? I could compare window stickers and let you know exactly

I have the 23 summit reserve and I love it think it’s the classy suv out there

Very Good Jeep
I really like the front end/grill on this. Finally looking like a beast again.
Great vid. Thanks!
Glad you like it

Not enough power, especially for the price!
I thought the same thing but in reality it's actually surprisingly quick and very responsive.
