So because of the way my bottom lip is shaped and the almost inner part comes out I can’t really pull off black lipstick or any any color other than shades of pinks or red. @@beevonerd Actually no, Gottmik’s process in most tutorials I’ve seen is “greasepaint base, contour cheekbones with powder, cut cheeks with foundation, set whole face”, with more powder or water based paint for the details after that. Crystal is literally “Do the entire face in wet greasepaint first, powder whole face, go over whole face with coloured eyeshadow”. Quite different approaches.

Why put white underneath all the areas that you are going to paint black? Making it so difficult to apply the black, having it mix into the white and stuff...if you know. That a big area is going to be black, don't paint it white first...or if you decide after, then white the white away with a make up wipe
