MikroBass iv/viii series, part viii....4 verging on the ridiculous

its long been an approach of mine, in regards to tempo, to, over the course of a "session" to gradually work up to your upper limits tempo-wise, and then try to push beyond that for a bit. Not only does it expand your abilities, it also adds to ones fluidity at slower tempos, allowing you to "hear" in 16th or even 32nd note phrasing/timings which in turn can facilitate greater expression. Back around 2000 when I was introduced to Drum & Bass music by this one nefarious chick(thanks B!) I took it as a challenge, and within 3-4 months I was playing 15-20 minute tunes at 175+ bpm through this "just a bit faster now" approach.
