Had the same issue with my m60-e30 then the vacuum hose for the brake booster flipped out from back on the crankcase ventilation membrane on back of the intk manifold ☺️

If you ever get to chasing the water on drivers footwell let us know the source! Sunroof drains are clear, elephant drains are clear, and I get water by the pedals in rain
