- Metal detecting an area that I’ve been hunting for a while and still finding some amazing Civil War artifacts sometimes when you least expect it!! Incredible discovery under a log!!
Oh man Cliff! What an episode!!! First off we love finding harmonica reed plates but to find one in a Civil War camp! How special is that! Imagine a soldier playing music in camp for his fellow soldiers for an escape to what was going on around them! And then the box plate!😮😮😮 What a dream find! And then the parrot shell pieces to fit together with your other ones! This was a great video, so many awesome finds!
Thank you my friend I appreciate it and love the history of it myself!! My so fortunate to be in this place hunting!!

@michaeleverett8660 Thank you!!
Amazing finds. Seems like not much ever stumps you. Can’t wrap my head around what the purpose of that one unidentified piece is. Nice hunt. 👍
Thank you!!! I just had never seen anything like it before, and thought somebody out there might know it was in my videos when I dug it, thought somebody out there could identify it!!
It”s interesting how the lead pulls the tonal nuance and target ID number down on the plates. Brass of that size should be screaming. My experience with my D2. Great digs as usual Cliff!
It could be the way I’ve got my machine set up and also the ground here I don’t know but I agree that’s not the first time I’ve seen a difference in others readings with the deus 2 and thank you!!
Pretty cool to see my friend
Thank you!! I appreciate it!!
