@@BullMooseFox I was hoping they would start putting them on the .308 JAKL’s from factory. They’re releasing some with the F5 stock and the B&T stock but both are the plastic versions I believe.

@ i will most likely get to handle a .308 at shot show so i will ask them while im there. Should also have a interview with PSA up either that week or when i get back
@@TJUtes I don’t think so. PSA would have made a post about it. They really should have put these on the .308 Jakl. These probably take significantly more time to make than the plastic ones.
That’s a little ridiculous. They’re not going to retroactively replace stocks because an improved version was made… You bought it knowing what it is and if you didn’t, then hopefully you learned a valuable lesson in researching stuff before you buy. So I’m on PSA site now I don’t know BUT THEY’RE ONLY KNOCKING 15 $20 OFF FOR blemished you can still get a upper and lower separate for a little over a grand instead of $1300. Also called them up again I’ve been talking to them for years about getting the veterans discounts if we go through all the stuff to have an account with them why can’t they just do it like every other gun company out there and they can check with your veteran or not to get you discount because they never have what you want and you gotta buy and ship it and you don’t get the discount anyway. All this is about me trying to talk myself out of buying something else again and that I really don’t need.
I think the whole thing should be metal. It would tighten the fit, eliminate the flimsy feeling, add durability, and balance the weight of the gun as they’re notoriously front heavy.
@@xi-deadshot-ix5838 you’re right. It’s probably more expensive to manufacture an entire metal version but this is a really big improvement over the original F5 stock.
That is a much needed improvement. Ill wait until they make the changes you suggested before I buy one.
I feel that wobble is not good, glad you pointed that out.
Yeah this was a prototype, so hopefully the final design will be a little more tight
Very nice upgrade….. I do hear the play in it.
That Jakl is sweet!!
Very solid review. 👍🏾
Much appreciated! Thanks 🙏🏻
Got me online sourcing one for my JAKL
I’m curious how this one will stack up against the a3 tactical one coming out !! But it looks like a good upgrade from the original one for sure
I haven’t seen the A3 tactical one yet. Ill have to look into it

Did the improvements on the F5 get rid of the play when the stock is folded?
