I just adore Kirstie and Phil.. the chemistry and obvious deep friendship between them.. Plus LLL is one of the few GENUINE programmes that isn't scripted or where the couple have already chosen a property PRIOR to filming.. For the interest, this episode is from 2013 and Drs. Zoe and Keon now have two beautiful boys.. a happy ending all round ❤
Reading the Zoe comments before watching it I was expecting horrors but she's enthusiastic and positive. It may have been the camera angle but the kitchen Zoe didn't like seemed really narrow and pinned in, I could see her feelings.
I wish all and everyone, that currently working, and has worked at the convent, a very merry Christmas. I hope you will have a peaceful and warm holiday. Lots of love, from a snowy Sweden.❤❤❤
In the 80s we bought first not in Acton as too expensive and could only get a leasehold flat but further out a freehold house which with a baby on the way was best for us. I still think going further out of London and buying a freehold house is best particularly now so many London office workers can work from home 1 - 2 days a week. However it was lovely to see this and good luck to them all
I think they make a lovely couple and the place has to be right for them both. Especially as they are considering up to 20 years. The place she wasn't keen on seemed rather narrow to me!
Oh dear, for dancing you need a studio/designated space not a room in a flat/house. Even professional dancers wouldn't ever consider dancing at home, it was a bit pretentions of the first couple to act as if their life revolves around it and there's no other option but to do it at home. I dance too, never for a moment did I ever think that my home is the right place for that, it's just inconvenient, you can't do all the things you enjoy in one place, unless you have millions to spend, which they don't.
laughed out loud when Zoe was explaining dancing to Phil- his expressions! So true to life - thanks for this program - its cinematography is great- pics of ducks/flowers and do not get me started on views of Scotland! From New England to oll England, keep up the great work!
I like how Kirstie and Phil feel free to make fun of their clients in this show. Not to their faces, but in the repartee that will be aired to all the viewers.
I love how Zoe looks at her husband and how they seem to be so in love. Awww..... Clearly Phil does NOT dance b/c you need more space if you're going to do any real dancing. I love the Mason's flat as well. Very nice.
It’s an upper floor flat so the only way to get access would be a deck with steps which will be insanely expensive and might not be possible with planning permission.
I think they are both a bit immature, but to be honest though I didn't like her much, it seems she wanted to make the bigger commitment to their future (with the kids, responsibility etc.) He came off more skittish about that and I think that's why she dug her heels in.
I LLOL (literally laughed out loud) so often during this episode. For example, Kirstie: "Phil, you naughty monkey." And Phil: He wants to house "all sorts of man-clutter."
Dancing does not last as long as the actual couple. My husband and I were competitive dancers and 14 years in realized we were throwing alot of money away, we could have bought a house with all the money we put into dancing
I'm sure if I had that much money to spend, I wouldn't want to spend it on something I wasn't completely happy with. You wouldn't even do it with considerably smaller purchases unless you had money to throw around.
First of all no pun intended !!! The realtor speaking about the man has a bit of a kool sway showing houses ...love it! but he can't walk in the clients shoes & that is 110% true !...Whoop! btw" the lady is overly pushy at that point I would have walked away and struck with the guy he isn't pushing at all -- she also has an attitude that sucks the entire time -.. you ask for a review and so now you have it !!! yada yada yada ( be quiet am the customer paying your salary.)...lol
This is my bedtime story, I had to wake up to take my medicine, but I have to eat or it makes me throw up, and if I go to bed too soon, I have nightmares.
I don't understand why the owners of these UA-cam Channels uploading LLL episodes have such problems with the descriptions. We're literally talking about one more sentence to describe the other couple featured in the episode.
It's 4:41 am. I'm watching the show now definitely, need a happy ending to go back to sleep on medication, and had to wake up to take it in the time to follow directions. So here I am 🌹🌷💯😍🙏💜🐩😻👑💛🦋🍀♠️🌟🎸🤗
I know tv makes it hard to 'see' people and the way it's edited etc but zoey and Keon....... hoo boy. She has that maniacal happiness that is covering up something, there's a vibe I find discomforting. Hopefully she mellowed once they had kids.
This was very recently posted on another channel. It seems like there is only a very limited number of LLL episodes available and people just keep posting the same things over and over on different channels. Annoying.
I lived in a student house for two years looking out on a graveyard. Mind you, I was on the first floor. The student on the ground floor had gravestones right outside her window!
I'm not done watching this episode but had to write that Drs. Zoe and Keon had me swaying in my seat with a big smile on my face at Property #2 in Acton! Delightful to watch them. 💃🕺💖 EDIT: Now I've watched to the end and am fascinated and charmed with how Zoe and Keon look at each other - NO - look into each other's eyes when they start describing their lives and the properties. (And boy do I wish I had a dancing class where I live!)
Well now you can’t find anything for the low 300s anywhere near London. You can still buy cheaply in Luton but it’s not in London and it’s a shithole lol
I say Phil and Kirstie should show the presenters of Love or List it (David and Hillary) a thing or two. Both of them are so on-the-ball but kind towards their househunters, whereas the other two sound irritated a lot of the time and speak in harsh tones. I don't get that...
Keep in mind it’s London. Gardens are scarce in any large metro city. NYC, Los Angeles. Paris. Berlin. You’re not getting a large yard unless you’re out in the suburbs.
Wow...these couples would fare sooo much better outside of olde London.... with their budgets they could find properties that are real homes with land even! London slums are so overpriced, omg! 😝
I mean you could have gotten a three bed one bath terrace back in 2013 in the home counties for less than 400k but then you would have to deal with a one hour plus commute each way. It’s a personal choice, really.
All that kissing and stuff by Zoe makes me uncomfortable. I’m here to see a clean show and she is all over him like a teenager. She’s actually creepy and theatrical.
What if they were highlighting a couple with an unusual demand (a home with a dance floor)? This couple is good-looking to boot, makes for good television.

I really do enjoy these 2 as presenters
Totally genuine
Easy & entertaining to watch
Shame not more episodesu
*The last thing I would like to have is neighbours dancing salsa on wooden floor.*
Reading the Zoe comments before watching it I was expecting horrors but she's enthusiastic and positive.

Thing is they are newly weds and they won’t be forever
@@cindythomas5895But every married couple were newlyweds at some point, hon, lol.
Well I was really happy for the other couple. They were so happy with their decision and she finally has a place to hang her nickers.
Yes the other couple annoyed the heck out of me!
Yes, the best of luck to her and her bloody knickers!! 😆
Zoie behaving as 😅if she's staring in some romantic comedy .... 😂
I wish all and everyone, that currently working, and has worked at the convent, a very merry Christmas. I hope you will have a peaceful and warm holiday. Lots of love, from a snowy Sweden.❤❤❤
The world is so lacking in love just now and definitely needs a lot more of Keon and Zoe’s love,as the saying goes love makes the world go round,

Great episode with high priority lists from both clients. Glad it all worked out in the end and Phil and Kirsty's guidance helped both focus.❤
love this show
Me too!
Wonderful ideas! Thank you!
You can tell Phil has never been dancing. I hope Phil can communicate effectively with the buyers who are academia. (Smiling). I enjoy your show.
I actually told my agent I want to be able to do a cartwheel. We got a house that I can do a cartwheel… never been sorry.
Excellent 😊

So glad the knickers got hung on the line. However one peg on one side is enough. No need to show off!!! 🤣🤣
The way she pegs them worries me, I put them sideways on!
I hope that they are all still very happy.
Just finished reading all of the comments and replies and I have smahed all of the like buttons 🤣🤗🌟🎸🤗🙏💜💛🌹😍💯
I love how Zoe looks at her husband and how they seem to be so in love. Awww..... Clearly Phil does NOT dance b/c you need more space if you're going to do any real dancing. I love the Mason's flat as well. Very nice.
I agree. And Zoe is a lovely lady, somewhat vulnerable in a way. Keon will look after though.
I didn't like the garden deal w/the brixton flat. I wouldn't spend time there if I have to go out, go around the block, to get in.
It’s an upper floor flat so the only way to get access would be a deck with steps which will be insanely expensive and might not be possible with planning permission.
also it was on a busy road so if they sent the kids into the garden could be an issue.
Lovely couples 🥰
Great job every one is happy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💚🥰🤗
I loved the doctor dancer love bird couple, so mature.
Keon, if Zoe is this fussy now imagine 10-15 years down the line, my goodness, I wish you luck!!
I think they are both a bit immature, but to be honest though I didn't like her much, it seems she wanted to make the bigger commitment to their future (with the kids, responsibility etc.) He came off more skittish about that and I think that's why she dug her heels in.
Well years later married with 2 boys together so they are going great
I LLOL (literally laughed out loud) so often during this episode. For example, Kirstie: "Phil, you naughty monkey." And Phil: He wants to house "all sorts of man-clutter."
Surely the best line was: "And you can always grow gooseberries on the balcony"!! Cut to Phil.
My favourite line was "Being I'm one of life's private dancers". Nearly died laughing.
Dancing does not last as long as the actual couple. My husband and I were competitive dancers and 14 years in realized we were throwing alot of money away, we could have bought a house with all the money we put into dancing
love that music thanks for the showwwwwwww! lol
what a lovely couple, I so hope they still salsa....
Oh Zoe Zoe Zoe.... Good luck Keon, is all I´ll say.
Zoe is fine, lol.
They seem to get along very well, I hope there are happy in South London
Poor guy
She's an idiot.
I'm sure if I had that much money to spend, I wouldn't want to spend it on something I wasn't completely happy with. You wouldn't even do it with considerably smaller purchases unless you had money to throw around.
If you want to live in a ‘dawnce’ studio, buy a dawnce studio and put a bed in it! Fantasyland!

I’ve never heard of anyone thinking hanging their knickers outside to be a luxurious upgrade. 🤔
In the UK it used to be a bit of a class issue - something the working class did and middle did not....
is that oliver dowden at 2:05?
This is my bedtime story, I had to wake up to take my medicine, but I have to eat or it makes me throw up, and if I go to bed too soon, I have nightmares.

That will keep you from clicking?
Wait a minute they are going to put shops and cinema in a cemetery . Did you notice the tomb-stones on that land behind the flat.
Did the shopping centre get built at the end?
Keon is HOT !!!
Neh, he's not. Needs to lose the hairstyle.

Omg Ken I just got a good look, he's awesome 👍😎💯🤗💜💛💯 26:39 at the second home, choice.
happy endings all round!
Wow … your newlyweds Keon wait until your not … ???? Zoe I am just confused she has to care about his thoughts not just yours 😮
2 x you're* not your.
I think Zoe is quite confused in her explanation of what she wants. She needs to be clear
Oui, mais bon chance!
Zoe is a really picky polley.
Zoe is the “I desperately want to be different“ type. They usually turn into single cat ladies who do yoga.
Yeah, that did not happen to Zoe lol. She married Keon and they have two beautiful boys together.
I think she is brimming with happiness knowing she married the right man, and I hope she will always have that confidence. It is refreshing.
Not enough properties on the market,"- its the same in Michigan/USA
What year are we talking here?
Yay I can get to bed happy now, it's, 5:27🙏🌹😍🤗💜💛💯🌷🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹🐩

Well they have to post whet they have. They can’t break into channel four and steal the episodes you want to watch lol.
Basement flat ? Nooooo
I would not want to look out at a cematary.....................
I lived in a student house for two years looking out on a graveyard. Mind you, I was on the first floor. The student on the ground floor had gravestones right outside her window!
They give me Ghostbumps.
Our family had them in the back yard, literally in the country.
Chiswick is fantastic, what’s she talking about? 😊
What year is this??
2013
Because you can see they use the phone is very old!! 43:49
that last one for the Zoe and Kean is perfect!! whats the matter with her!
What is a double bedroom 🤔
Large bedroom big enough for a double bed.
@@seansmith445 Ok, thank you 😊
Ick on the basement flat.

To spend all that money for an ex council flat, outside London , madness NO THANKS!!
Well now you can’t find anything for the low 300s anywhere near London. You can still buy cheaply in Luton but it’s not in London and it’s a shithole lol
I always thinks that rastahair stinks! How do you wash it?
Shave it off, wash it and duct tape them back to your head. Or you can just wash them like regular hair. Whatever is easier for you, sweetie. 😂
obviously zoe isnt a cook.😊
Is Keon American?
No, Jamaican .
I loved his voice!

Anyone else thinking what must have happened to Zoie in childhood😂
phıl lıstenıng to dancıng needs space lıghts hıgh cıelıngs bwahahaha he lıstened all baffled thıs epısode had me ın stıtches get a room
Hahahaha the size of the houses is not even enough for a single person in Europe. Garden is good for one chicken
Keep in mind it’s London. Gardens are scarce in any large metro city. NYC, Los Angeles. Paris. Berlin. You’re not getting a large yard unless you’re out in the suburbs.
Omg Zoe is a bit weird dancing in a house and is the most important thing when buying a home absolutely weird
Well they didn’t have kids so priorities will be different later on.
Wow...these couples would fare sooo much better outside of olde London.... with their budgets they could find properties that are real homes with land even!
London slums are so overpriced, omg! 😝
And a commute of over an hour to get to work! There are many other things to consider beyond merely price.

They are very much in love, I find them very sweet.
Well he didn't think so as now married and they have 2 sons
We all know it --> Keon is scared of Zoe.
Um..Keon seems like a very confident man to me. He can handle her, lol.
Entitled Zoe.
Surprised that Phil haven't smacked Kirstie . She is always so grippy.
Maybe an underlying....... Something?
Love Kirstie n Phil.❤
Highlighting inter racial couples is a trend that went out last year. Get with the program
people like you give a bad name to UK
Um….. this was filmed in 2013, lol. So they were right on trend at the time lol.
Even if she didn't go black there is no guarantee she would go for you.
