@@TheRealMrDiGG Now just run the other house do the grinder on top of the mountain on Sunday , the little grinder on Monday's video. Startup grinding up more stuff for a video for Monday morning
Talking for the sake of talking is one thing, but you are instructive , educational, in a down to earth, everyday way. I, for one, have learned a lot about your business and enjoy the content.
The fact that you put your guys thoughts into making decisions on the landfill speaks volumes of your character. Any other boss would say mandatory overtime. If you don’t like it go somewhere else.. kudos to you sir! I’d love to buy you a few cold snacks and shake your hand! Keep up the good work!
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you talking to your guys to get their input and your consideration of not burning them out when it comes to overtime. I worked for decades in an overtime-rich environment, and our senior management didn't care. Well done. Loved the mobile home part, those pieces looked like they were floating. It also brought a tear to my eye thinking about what that family lost.
If you’d have asked me a year ago if I’ve ever watched any vids about landfills, I’d have said why would I want to do that. Well here we are 😆 Love the content!
I love watching the tip, push and crunch! And, I'm very impressed you speak 3 languages - English, Spanish and Southern. Great video- 50k subscribers before Christmas!
We had a landfill in the family business was fun running over stuff going from 3 feet to nothing cause a 32 ton machine does a lot of damage had a couple companies would haul in bundle of brand new lumber and windows and doors said cheaper to get rid of then figure in on next jobs they would sell that to people a friend of my dad's built a new house out of the landfill was fun then 40years later they put a salvage yard on the property and a concrete parking lot showed we must of compacted right so that is why I like watching mr digg we also had a sand and gravel company some things in common but laws and regulations have changed so glad im retired just going through here telling people how to do there jobs lol mr digg has a lot of good people working for him and he is one hell of a boss always involved and a rod and his brother are a good and knowledge able to have around everyone have a happy Thanksgiving and bless you all
This Thanksgiving, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you. Whether you’re celebrating with family, friends, or simply enjoying a day of rest, I hope your day is filled with joy and thanks. Happy Thanksgiving!
Every time I see something like this home coming apart at the dump with all of those personal/sentimental item left inside is heartbreaking. In 150+ years as archaeologist sift through all of these dump sites, the things they will find and try to understand how we used the stuff or come across a picture of a family and wonder who they are and what became of them and their family members through to their present time. I remember reading where they dug up some bones and were able get DNA and after comparing that DNA to what was on file, they were able to find someone with matching DNA within 100 miles and those bones were well over 500 years old. Can't imagine being able to meet an ancestor, even if just bones, from 50 years ago, 500+ years. Crazy
Another great video I'm glad you captured that for us. I enjoyed watching the process, but once the trailer hit the bottom of the cell, it brought home the magnitude of the personal loss from Helene. Two months ago that was a family home, it was somebody's most important possession sheltering loved ones and now it's nothing more than a pile of toothpicks in a hole. For me, this one video tells a deeper story than all the news stories combined. I also enjoyed the drone footage, it shows just how dangerous it is for everyone, those customers were going to get past the "Tonka trucks" no matter what. Happy Thanksgiving!
RYAN what you need to do for any future mobile homes is the land directly opposite where you guys were trying to push it sideways, you need to make that area suitable for the trucks bringing them to be able to drive in there so once unhooked and they leave you can then get the front end loader at the drawbar end and lift it up and then simply push the home straight back over the edge. It would make it a very fast and easy method to dispose of them. Cheers Peter Queensland Australia.
Agree. And you can still fence it off with concrete blocks that the excavator can move sideways temporarily but backing it up. Pickup the hitch and just push it into the hole. Andrew NSW Australia.
Mr Diggs I love your videos just the way they are. You can talk as much as you want and explain to us what's going on and how your facilities function. Keep up the awesome work you're doing for our planet. God Bless & Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Your friend from Maine Eric
Love the videos. I ran roll-offs for 15 years and it always amazes me how fast the holes fill up and become hills in the landfill. I hope yall have a great Thanksgiving!!
Love the footage. A whole new meaning to the term TRAILER TRASH. Oooo I'm talking about myself agin. lol Ya I think two wheel loaders on the side could flip the whole thing over at once. That would be cool. I liked you landing the drone on your hand. Keep the videos coming.
Great content as usual Mr. DiGG! I thought for sure Aaron and Brandon would be the ones to dump that mobile home over the side. That was AWESOME!!!! You could really tell how deep that drop off is when the bath tub went rolling down. 🤣
I will say i enjoy you talking because sometimes you give the inside on things ! you let us know what is going on if they don't like the talking at that time they can mute it for that little bit keep your content coming thank you for the time you put in to doing it & Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family !
Good grief Ryan, that new cell is going to fill up fast at this rate! Maybe you can talk about plans for the next cell in a future video! Happy Thanksgiving!!
On the other side of the fence for me Ryan, I prefer you talking and telling us what is going on. Riding on a compactor is ok at best. I like you walking around the trash side WITHOUT steel plated boots! Now THAT is gutsy! lol Have a good turkey day to you and yours.
Damn I wish I lived down there. It be a fun job to have and with an awesome boss man. Anyone tighten the left track on the 750 yet? She was pretty dang loose last time I seen it. Don’t want them tight but it had a ton of sag. 😉
@TheRealMrDiGG still very good choice it had me really vibeing to it I like background country songs even if it doesn't have singing this really was definitely worth the watch and listen what was the name of the background music you used in the timelaps?
Hey Ryan !!! Thanks for the video & drone flight !!! Do you guys recycle propane gas bottles that are used on the cook stoves as have some mtys that CAN"T be refilled !!! Have a good week & hope the trash overflow will start to slow down !! 👍👍👍👍👍
Great Thanksgiving video Mr Ryan and yes i like it when you are talking in the videos ... As for the next Mobile Home flip bring in the 2 biggest Excavators you have and then flip it over the clift .. Take care and enjoy your Turkey day
ITS A LANDFILL . THEY TAKE WHAT THEY GET . TERRIBLE SITUATION THAT A FAMILIES HOME WAS TERRIBLY DAMAGED BY THE HURRICANE 🌀 THIS IS SO SAD THAT SO MUCH DESTRUCTION
Saw the guys at our landfill grab the tongue with the rubber tire loader and just backed it straight off the cliff, when it went over it barrel rolled to the bottom and sat back up on the wheels. It was busted up but still whole lol
Wow, you'd been saying there was a lot of trash, but seeing it is all the way to the sand ramp is crazy. Looks like you might not have time to get that usable sand out before the trash takes over.
happy T day! your expenses must be outrageous with all that equipment, see Kubota has a Chattanooga manufacturing site. dozer looks like the most effective push over the side machine. good drone footage
That was kickass bud, that trailer going over edge was awesome lol, man if there was away to pick it completely up an drop it or dump over the edge all together, it would make some good smashing, awesome video tho an thanks for sharing 🇺🇲👍🤙✊💪
If the go pro will do more time compression, like an hour or two, setting up across the way from the tipping and crunching would be a good 5 minute segment watching the pile progress. Probably on the top of the ramp that's supposed to go away. Somewhere safe from sticky fingers and you can walk away from it.
I love your channel DO NOT STOP CRAZY!! I never know whats next, but next to blowing things up this is close. Maybe you could feed a whole trailer into the 1200hp shredder if you can get it back. Ray
Where they’re shingles their nails I know we have a lot of trouble around our landfill with nails if you backup with a trailer there’s 75% chance you will get one in a tire.
Since you asked your audience the question about extending Saturday hours, maybe you could do that for the next few months for hurricane debris then taper it back off when it gets back to normal. I am sure your guys would appreciate more time off but at the same time they may need the extra money to fix up their hurricane damage to their own property so it will help both parties out And according to your tipping fees, in that 4 hour window you brought in $13, 800.
Is it me or the the guy at the 15 min mark stop and take a leak in front of the camera
lol, i think you're right!!! i didnt catch that
Had to water those trailer tires to keep them cool.
Yes at 15:01 he takes leak on his trailers tires lol

A lot of people dont realize how important a land fill is until this stuff happens. Thanks for helping out guys.

Thanks for the kind words. Appreciate you!
That home did NOT want to go over! It was hanging on for dear life!
If you’d have asked me a year ago if I’ve ever watched any vids about landfills, I’d have said why would I want to do that. Well here we are 😆 Love the content!

I second that!
The camera on the front of that compactor really shows how steep that slope is
I enjoy the talking. Your running commentary is funny
I love watching the tip, push and crunch! And, I'm very impressed you speak 3 languages - English, Spanish and Southern. Great video- 50k subscribers before Christmas!
Haha, appreciate that. I'm glad you're enjoying it!
the only sad thing is that was once somebody's home at one time, now gone forever, hope that they can make a fresh start.
That was some nice crunchy crunch crunch... Thanks!
You’re welcome 😊
0:55 ish, i like watching stuff get crushed, but i also deeply enjoy hearing your 2 cents about the businesses and how you plan to expand them

Great crunching ride-a-long. Your content is always very interesting and entertaining.
Thanks for watching!
Whoo! It looks a lot steeper with the view on top of the cab of the compactor at 7:45
I’m excited to run the compactor tomorrow!
Love that shot from the compactor Amazing

Am I the only one who would rather watch a machine pushing stuff at a tip site than wade through a ghastly junk movie made in Hollywood?
24/7 live streams from the tip would be great
You are not alone. I'll take this over a movie any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Well, that didn't go as planned. That thing refused to go over. Ha Ha Heavy machinery taught that thing a lesson. 😊
If you're having to extend hours because of excess customers, does that mean the employees will also get extra pay on top of normal?
