You folks never stop amazing me ! What an absolutely beautiful HO car !! the new AFX cars look like there's a few areas that have improved drastically Iike you mentioned the gears R much better ! I grabbed a white one last night! I threw it on the break-in box for about 5 minutes , on track she was fast ! But I poped in a 20 tooth ring gear and that one mod was incredible ! keep up the good work !
Thanks, the last few cars we have got all had perfect gears so I think AFX may have finally got to the root of the bad gear problems and got it fixed. Must fly with a 20T! Love this car AFX needs to make new color combos ASAP!

The Cheap Ali Express 4.00 usa HO slotcar is still beating those expensive afx (3.816)slot cars! Ali Express result for you was "Infinity MPH" (off the chart!) and a time of 3.618! Holy Cow! Nice looker though🏁
Yeah but those cheap aliexpress ho cars are toys you can't compare them to these AFX slot cars the scale looks and car styles available and all the hop up parts available from companies to upgrade real HO slot cars like these they are so much better. I really don't think anyone would want to collect and race those aliexpress ho cars over any real HO car as they are more made as toys for kids than these ho slot cars. They are fast because they use a crazy strong magnet and that's ware it all ends everything else on them is not HO slot car like. They are good to have fun and play around with not the best for modding and tinkering with though. Thanks for watching.
Oh I agree real pros would not admit they are curious about them but Ali has other styles and some licensed ones and even in the 1/32 scale. Fun comparing though when you can have almost 8 or 9 of the aliexpress ones compared to one afx for about the same price. I imagine the ali express ones can be repainted and modded also. But I am not a Pro....🏁
Wow I just orderd 4 more random styles of those cheap ho slotcars for a total of 11.00 delivery on a slow boat included! I thought I better before the tariff hits ;-) 🏁

Yes you are right about that . They have a search available but I get emails telling me sales are happening. Once the tariffs hit I imagine it will ge game over though.🏁
