Mannnn I hired and fired probably a DOZEN so-called contractors just this year and that's only on TWO rehab properties so what you said at 13:48 I felt that 😂

@@allusmahnkes8126 Yeah the way he hung those cabinets was just disrespectful unless dawg was like 6'8 and couldn't tell the difference 😂 At least he only wasted a couple sheets of backsplash unless they can be reused - You ever looking for a investor/partner for the flips? I usually buy about 2-3 a year and got a few good connects. I'm in the D too

This is why tenants that rent in Detroit have so many problems. A lot of these inexperienced people buying houses trying to flip for a quick buck and nothing is up to code. All of that work is shoddy.
@lawrencedaniels555 well it's a good thing I don't rent 🤣. And further more buddy, every house I've ever sold has been FHA approved. Sooooo, Idk what your talking about far as being up to code.
That basement looks like they had some water issues that is being painted over to hide. I hope they fixed the leaks.
