you can use a dial indicator to check the accuracy of the rails.Your drill has a gearbox, so the axis slack is normal. you can use the drill and a carbide bit, then use an induction motor, collet chuck, and a grind stone to grind the surface of the rails.
Thanks my dear friend for your comments Yes I do have a concern this motor is not good because Chuck and the spindle to short so when I do deep drills it Shacking. So I'm thinking to change. I know slow work but I need to be perfect.

Not bad but how flat is it? That's why you get a good straight edge and a dial indicator so you can check the surface. You'll need to make a milling spindle because hand drills and drill presses are actually terrible for milling. You can also can use the lathe's spindle as a milling spindle.
Thanks for your best-shared information as you know better than me and I will try the best now I can see how is of sharpening because the motor as I used is not stong enough chuck and spindle not good when I do sharp.
Thanks for your shear information I knew it will happen sometime but I don't have a choice and the problem is I do not have any tools or machine. But now it work it good and happy with this .
Using carbide end mill with a drill is not good idea. Grinding works better. End mill needs very rigid setup to be able to cut. Otherwise it just rubs and harden the surface if the material has any tendencies to work harden. I have relatively small mill (about 350kg) with1.5 kw motor. With many materials, I have difficulties to get enough cut depth to make carbide work well. When I can, it really eats the metal away.
Thanks for your do like in this video I do hope you like other videos too. I try my best it can and all of my channel videos if not show all made the equipment are can be the work that I started from the mini motor. Because the machine is priced over here kill impossible to buy. Now I am getting stuck on where to find out the gear rack and hear rail for the carriage. Today everything going up in techniques with machine compared to myself seem nothing. I am a countryside life. I love professional lathes. Thanks again for your advice

Great work!!
Nice idea. Although be careful with your drill - radial forces are not the best for drilling machines. Good luck with your build! :)

МОЛОДЕЦ, МУЖИК ЧТО НАДО. КЛАСС
The solution to the issue with getting that edge straight is to go with a double V bed. One inverted V for the carriage and one for the tailstock.
Thanks for your helping watching I do hope you enjoy

Es solo una pulidora, no tiene precisión el taladro.
Thank
