I just heard disgraced and had to look up the band, this is everything I looked for in music and more. Felt like I've been looking for this my entire life without knowing and it finally found its way to me. I probably sound too dramatic lol. But if anyone knows other bands like this please recommend!

This is the sort of thing I've been looking for in black metal/shoegaze. Too many bands just alternate between black metal and shoegaze sections or lean too far one way or the other. This seems like an organic conglomeration of the genres and actually has the benefit of intelligent songwriting. Good stuff.
@@stephenqueen6946 Not sure what all you've checked out, but a few bands that I feel meet this criteria in some way, or particular albums: Altar of Plagues, Fen, Harakiri for the Sky, Show Me a Dinosaur, and if you've heard of those then you most likely have heard of Alcest and Wolves in the Throne Room. Alcest's first 2 albums and some of WITTR'S latter few records, I would say, are good examples.
This is everything I've been looking for. The melodies, vibes and voices are superb and it takes you to another magical yet nostalgic dimension when you listen to it.
I bought this off Bandcamp a few days ago and it's been on non stop for a while now, absolutely mesmerising stuff and the stuff that legendary debuts are made of. Can't wait for the album!
