We used to love the “old school” style of Peggy’s and didn’t know they had refurbished until we walked in a few months ago. I actually liked the new way of ordering via the app as being the one who used to queue up with the tray and move along the food serving area it was a nice change that you can now take your time at your table and slowly choose what you want and they bring it all to you.

Not really - and if there's a few of you you can all have what you want at the same time without having to queue up in loads of places. You can order at the counter though.
That meal looked lovely if I ever get to Blackpool again that will be my first stop instead of Fish n Chips. Changing the subject completely but I know this is slightly connected with food, I hope you don't mind me writing this in the comments but what is the Dentist situation like now in Blackpool at one time it was the worst place in the UK for trying to see a dentist! I am talking NHS not private I know there are plenty of them (private) around! Thank you for the food review that looked lovely, have a nice day and take care!
Looked good, but in my opinion, it is a bit on the expensive side... However, the price would not put me off trying something, enjoyed your review! Until the next one, please can you give my best wishes to the teaboys
It was a good sized portion and very nice so I would buy it again and not complain - think I'd prefer to mix and match though and have half that and bao buns - need the men with me for that one though!
That looked really nice. The refurbishment of Coral Harbour is so much better than the old Peggy's Snack Bar place. There is more choice on the menu which is always a good sign. Now you can spend all day in Coral Island and not have to leave to get some food to eat.
Definitely not the old Peggy's had chef's cooks in the back cooking home cooked dinners , what they sell now is fast food at expensive prices, Hot dogs, burgers , pizza fish and chips , Asian noodles, all fast food .

This new place at coral island is trying to be like Abingdon street market but nowhere near as good , i preferred the old Peggy's much better food and atmosphere.
That looked delicious jane, think i would have preferred it on a small tray or maybe a bowl🙂🙂

Exactly - in the old days when you went to a food court you'd spend an hour queueing at the different stalls.

Jane , Over £15 is expensive for noodles, you could have went to a Chinese restaurant and got a real Chinese meal for the same price .

Just Coral Island public bar now or has it been done away with? I was just asking because last time I went it was a public bar.
There's the Buccaneer which is a family bar and the licensed one in Coral Harbour, plus others int he casino etc

Like some aspects of Abingdon St market but think I prefer Coral Harbour tbh
