Ruth Chris's meat is usda a prime and very expensive. Oxtails are cheap throw away meat. I love lets bbq hustle and great product. I dont understand the price.

@@slimpickens01 Its sooo clear that you know nothing about the different grades of meats. There is Waygu, Prime, Choice and Select. Those places use Prime grade thats why the prices are so high. Oxtail was considered the throw away meat on the cow. Now who is showing their ignorance? Looks like its the person who could probably only order expensive food online because they can not carry themselves according and do not look the part to go into the high end establishments in order to experience their atmosphere.

Definitely worth the money considering the time he spends to do them right. I paid $60 for an Oxtail plate & got 3-4 huge oxtails. I couldn't even eat all that red meat after day 2. When he says softball's ⚾ he's not lying. Them weak as oxtail you buy in the grocery store don't even compare, so whoever says they'll just stick to the $40 for 2 oxtails at the store is a 🤡. You paid too much already & they're too litte to smoke because they'll automatically shrink when cooking. If you don't wanna buy them, then cool, don't buy don't hate & criticize because I don't know anyone spending they're time to do something for free. Time is our most valuable asset & we can never get it back. 💯

$70 for one rack of ribs but you have to buy two so $150. The 3lbs of beef ribs are $239 and 3lbs of oxtails for $170. Sheeesh I would love to support the brotha but the price is a complete turn off for me. For $170 here in Los Angeles, I can get 2 slabs of pork ribs, 1 slab of beef ribs, 1 whole chicken, 3lbs of rib tips, 3lbs of sliced beef, and 3 lbs of chicken links and 1 pint each of beans and potato salad and a loaf of bread. Feel me ......

My partner ordered some I got one from him they ok they have a good smoke flavor but he only had 5 for like 170 but let’s not forget people oxtails doesn’t have much meat the whole inside is bone just being honest maybe he will come off his price a little bit but I doubt it since it’s hyped up

Thanks for the review. I've only seen 2 others so far. I had a chance to try it when Les popped up, however he ran out. I definitely will be ordering oxtails and ribs. Sure i can go locally for way cheaper however what Les is doing is special. He's 100% black owned and have raised the profile of oxtails. Plus he doesn't have to BUCK DANCE in his videos like that white man has Walt doing!!

There is a restaurant in my town that sells a Alaskan Crab clusters for $1000.00 and I see on FB all the time black people posing and 'showing' off that they can afford the most expensive restaurant in town owned by 'them folks'. Yet with our own it's pocket watching or I can do that myself.
