Been running 3 large greenhouses for over 20h on my hard + start from scratch save. Yes Lettuce gives highest price pr 1000l but it is slower to grow and tomatoes are the opposite. So those two even themself out Strawberries are only useful when making it to cake later on. From my experience it doesnt really matter if your going tomatoes or lettuce in the greenhouse and direct selling. But if youre moving the pallets yourself then lettuce is the way to go as the lettuce pallets are 200l opposed to tomatoes 100l pr pallet. So overall less logistics
@@calebelliott3700 my 3 large greenhouse only made 60-120 each game hour on hard difficulty (lettuce and tomatoes) Man this save is gonna be a grind 😅 Going for no mods(only giants made ones if so), start from scratch and hard economy difficulty 😅
There already is a Grape processing unit next to the Farm shop. Just go there and interact with the icon to start production. You only need to buy the factory if you want more capacity.
just so you know, you can actually change the spread/working range of the fertilizer spreaders. If you turn on the on-screen controls you have a bar that can adjust all the way from like 40 meters to like 15 or something. Great for finishing up the last small bits on a field without wasting too much fertilizer.
To make the grass grow on the painted terrain texture behind the new shed, I believe you need to plant "meadows" from the plants category. You can add flowers and bushes too, they're quite cheap
Just so you know, you have a place to access water much closer to you. If you look just to the right of your grass field, there is a part of the bank that's not steep. Loving the content so far, keep it up. :)
Landini Tractor - That Landini seems like a nice little tractor. You should put some front-loader arms on it and use it to move pallets around the yard. Would be perfect for moving Honey and wool with a weight
Thanks for taking the suggestion by adding another greenhouse and doing lettuce. Manually transporting the pallets can be a little tedious but the price won't trickle down versus setting it to direct selling.
Hi lm 10 years old my name is David love your videos l have been with you for 6 months now you have done so much in a few days can't keep up with you 😄😄 keep up the good work see you in the next vid
In 17 and 19, I thought Daggerwin was overly cautious about debt, since the payments were so low. Not anymore. I "lost"my start from scratch because I got too much debt, and didn't spend it well enough to get more money coming in. Almost 5000 a day in interest. Contracting my butt off was barely treading water. And that was normal economy. I started over, kept my purchases more focused, and debt minimal. Doing better this time.
On normal difficulty I get 2k or day from a large greenhouse, they cost 10k, it's a no brainer to have 3-4 of these to cover interest and running costs
Hey daggerwin, Just to inform you that your chickens eggs are being sold not stored. Don't know if it was deliberate or not just letting you know. Thanks for these awesome vids.
@Daggerwin not sure if you saw it but the Fertilizer spreader you have, which I got as well, you can change the width for if you have a little strip left of a field to do and it will make the amount you use be less.
At last, my game is running smooth ..It was very laggy yesterday and my disappointment was high. It still kicks me out on some save games, but retry works and graphics to medium. Loving your work by the way.
I know this is a super late comment but if you sell eggs between 4100-4200 per 1000liter its about $4 each egg, super profitable. I brought a trailer load of 20k eggs (same trailer you have) and made 80k
Thanks for posting, I have just bought this game, been into Pure Farm which I really enjoy. The controls on this seem daunting to me, going to take me a while to work it all out. First thing I plan on doing is making the borders smaller around the hedges of the fields, the amount of crops you must lose with them being so wide, and joining the fields up. Wont be growing grass plenty around you can cut n use . Love watching your farming sessions great for learning how to do things . Oh I'm on the PS4 with the game.
I think it is in your best interest to take out a loan, the interest is very low, about $7 per $5000. So the profits from the new field will cover it and a lot of extra profit to pay the load back if you dont want to have the loan for long.
You can really tell giants software cares about making their games better and better each iteration, there aren't many game companies around that care that much anymore.
Not sure if it's been mentioned but you can take multiple jobs of the same type, with one lease the equipment and use the leased equipment on all contracts as long as you don't turn in the contract with the leased equipment.
That hay loft i left just the convenience of just putting in loose product hay straw etc is great, easy for feeding just throw in normal trailer, bales are not my thing lol, until a autoload trailer comes out lol. In saying that you could always put downa new one somewhere too.
About greenhouse, price off products it’s so different as outcome is, u get 4x more strawberries than lettuce and tomatoes are in the middle, so tbh u roughly get some money for either of them, especially that they have high and lows at the same time of the year
Thats the overall deal with all ingame tbh. Everything is fairly balanced ane the more manual work is required for the job / production the more you earn
I just completed a sugar beet harvest on Field 30. It was great. Leasing was £2k, contract was worth £40K and I got 60K of sugar beets. So all in, after leasing and wages, it was worth £55K. Took a good couple of hours though! :-(
hey dag, im curious, do you still use your saitek side panel or what. This is because i use the side panel and my front loader skills are still horrible.
I think I heard you can put the Honey pallet point anywhere, it dosen't have to be near the hive. The distance on the hive description is how far from a field it can be. Hope this helps you.
correct. appears youtube has been having issues cause iv commented that and it keeps disappearing. I did a test on elm creek placed hives at the main farm on F44 and the trigger on F1 and honey is spawning
Wait the Vicon Tedder just popped up in my modhub like two days ago, how are you already using it like 12 days ago ? And I don’t have the bulk buy option, is that mod out somewhere ? I’ve just been looking at the official modhub.
It might be cheap to lease equipment for multiple contracts....find the leasing cost for the biggest fertilizer. If you can find double that in contracts..you'd make money and can do your fields to
New to FS. Is what I am watching the base game or do I need a bunch of DLC and/or season pass type stuff? I don't mind paying extra at some point but I'm wondering if the base content will keep me going for awhile.
Question: In 22 do sheep require Hay now and not grass? Just wondering why spend so much money on equipment making hay to feed sheep if they still will eat grass?
Hey daggerwin, some of the factories are already on the map and you just need to buy them, same price as if you placed them but not taking up any extra land
I am using the Landini for almost everyhing i just love this thing ended up pumping 21k more in for the 112 hp upgrade. Don't know if the 40% Transportation Fee applies on Greenhouses too when set to selling directly in the Greenhouse like it is on Production Buildings but might be better to move the pallets yourself specially when you are short on cash. And Well after Patch 1.2 you can place the Sheds together man really a shame.

Yes I have 7 houses now making 30,000+ plus a month, they also sell containers in the silo extensions that help with production.

Yeah they're basically all the same just keep an eye on the prices and grow the ones that are worth the most that day.

To be honest, its really fun getting like a large tractor when you know you've earned it
Loving this series so much just started my own, I’m excited for your survival Roleplay once more mods are released
I got the game and currently just waiting for more mods to roll in and giants editor v9 after that I don’t think I’ll be outside anymore
@@abstraxxt227 Perfect time of the Year too cold outside anyway. xD
I have to say ever since I found your videos while I was quarantined a couple weeks ago, I can’t stop watching your videos everyday! Keep it up!
why dont you sell the strawberries outside the first greenhouse?
I agree 100%
I love the texture of the grass when teddering. The series is awesome.
Me too - it looks really good.
"Okay, so the pallets do seem a little bit sticky still... Maybe that's just because we're carrying honey..."
This freaking guy...
Just want to say the landeni has been the star tractor so far, so versatile for a little tractor
You dont have to buy the placeables to use the factory if you just go to them on the map you can buy then and its cheaper
Field 39, which is right below your currently three owned fields, is ~100k, that is a very good deal and you could plow the 2 fields together.
Daggerwin: every penny counts.
Also Daggerwin: hires grape harvester for $12k to make loose change
Also wastes money renting a smaller spreader than he already owns...
LoL he does it for the fans
Not to mention how much buying a now useless small tractor and mulcher, lmao
Also Daggerwin: doesn't play using American currency
@@baconwithagalaxy but hes british not american so it makes sense
The lettuce is more worth per 1000L than strawberries, because it takes less time to produce strawberries.
Great series so far 👍🏼
I love that you use the big bags as intended. Me I just hit the load button. I think I’m going to start doing this in my game to add some realism.

Love watching your episode until I can get this next month 🚜
what platform do you play on?
BTW if you turn left after the bridge the end of that river there is a spot there to get free water closer.
Does the Vineyard tractor have a front loader attachment? Save money on buying a JCB until later on.
Do you not have barley in your silo from the first field harvested ?
Almost can't keep up haha
This series, this game there so gud
are we not going to talk about @2:25 how he picks up the honey pallet on one side and throws it to the other side mid air?! XDXD
Love waking up and seeing that he posted a video like st 6 am
Absolutely loving this series!!!! Question, does the cow pasture(smallest cow pen) have a straw trigger ? I cannot find it, as my cows have 0% health
put the straw in your mixing wagon add see if it will go in the area for the feed that's where mine went
Mr Sealy P tested the chickens, they still reproduce without roosters lol
Hey daggerwin. You Can give the landini more power up to 120. Sell the mini baler you always buy it agin. Sell 2 sheep so you Can get lams agin.
Silly question but how do you keep the water pouring when you get out of the tractor as mines stops. Also when unloading grain to a trailer 🤔🤣
Turn on manual start of engine in the game menu, if not the tractor will turn off when you go out and therefore stop pouring/unloading
