I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 17 during a laparoscopic bilateral cystectomy. When I had my surgery, no one staged it so I’m still not sure my stage but I understand how scary it can be to go through the process. I know you posted this a while ago, I hope everything is better with you now! I really love your videos and they’re very helpful

Castor Oil Packs are very good, Vaginal Steaming, Red Clover, Pau D Arco, I did a colon cleanse which is a mist, Cascara Sagrada is also a must monthly 4 days before your cycle. No gassy food at all. A Total Womb Cleanse and Detox

I also have Endo. I was fainting like clockwork the day I started my cycle with the first bowl movement. Happened 2 months in a row. I ended up having lap. I was diagnosed with a "chocolate" cycst with many areas of endometriosis. In 2019 I was then diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (at 36 years old). They both have in common "Angiogenesis" which is abnormal- I have come across the work of Dr. William Li and his work about diet. His book is "Eat to Beat Disease" and I highly recommend checking it out. Hope you're doing well.

I healed myself from Endometriosis by a Plant-based lifestyle, Herbal Medicine Teas, Vaginal Steaming, and getting off of All forms of Birth Control.

Thank You Yoni for your feedback and sharing your experience. I have begun an Anti - Inflammatory diet which I have found to be very helpful, I still have lots to learn about my body. Herbal teas have been my new coffee replacement, I'm growing my rooibos collection!
