You really are incredible!!! It must have been so hard not being able to pick up your children and cuddle them my baby girl mia is 9months old I had a c section and had staples I really feel for you mine hurt like hell when they were removed. Please Michelle i’m exactly in the same position as you please tell me what you do to keep fit, Iv recently stopped hrt patches as they were making me put on more weight, I’m experiencing all the terrible menopausal symptoms please help
