Yep. Same agency who went all gung-ho at Waco. After Reno resigned in disgrace, the agencies took on an unofficial policy of avoiding these types of events. Charges related to actions that endanger people aren't intensified by your documentation (outside of potential loss of the vehicle). So it's not like vehicular assaults, DUIs, etc actually are affected by licensing. In fact, the licensing system is actually exploited by these people, so what does it genuinely help?
You pay for your vehicle privately, you pay taxes on the vehicle also, and most children are taught at 15/16 (younger in the South) to drive by their parents or even in high school too; so why should another government fee be mandated to operate your vehicle?
Is it distrust in private citizens' ability without governmental go aheads that's the justified cause? And if so, given the history of government ran operations, how is it justified?
God given rights aren't negotiable. Thats where the bill of rights comes from.

Texas does not have firearm registration or licensing (other than concealed carry licenses). Since Gray wasn't carrying concealed, he wasn't violating the law in that regard. However, at the time, Texas was not an open carry state, so openly carrying a pistol in a holster was a violation. Texas is now an open carry state and residents no longer have to obtain a license to carry concealed, but it's encouraged. Also, the Texas Homestead Exemption only affects local/county property and school taxes and has nothing at all to do with Federal Income Tax. In fact, Texas does not have a state income tax.

It was never about money.
Love the name drops of Skallagrim and Shadiversity. Your a even bigger man of culture than I though, which im surprised is possible
I love how basically every story involving the Feds inevitably begins with "pretty based....buuuuut..."
Skallagrim and Shadavirsity name drop. Great channels.
0:34 Begin the year?! Dank, it's almost February.
As a father not seeing my kids for 15 years would have me pissed off too, so I feel for the Tarkington guy
Clearly people would rather he not see his kids so that another Waco doesn't happen.
If everybody lived like this Chad we would live in heaven.
Was having a boring day until Dank posted a new vid. You are a live saver. Thank you sir!
So, Dank, how many of these languages have you learned?
As a fellow Scot, I can state with confidence that his English is really coming along
@@froggystyle642You Scot’s English is pretty good. Even if a little bit of an accent from the drunkenese.
Sovereign citizens are a bit off with understanding the purpose of government but at the same time I agree with them "fuck government".
My only issue with them is most are white people who are all the beneficiaries of colonialism. Yet, when the Lakota at Standing Rock stood up against the federal government, where were the right and libertarians? They were cheering for big business interests.
Their methods are worse than useless but theyve got the right spirit.
Wonderful story.
I certainly don't like the child abuse, but they had every ability to leave and they chose to stay, so its no one else's bloody business, most of all the 'law'
God bless this family.
Did they really have the ability to leave and did they chose to stay willingly.
@@joemcnulty6814 Exactly. Over a decade of conditioning on a small property from people that paranoid is going to cause a lot of psychological dependence. These people probably couldn't handle being off the property even if they tried because they'd spent most of their lives being fed paranoid delusions.
Sneaky bugger, made me think there was no ad on this one.
The freaking IRS... the one organization that even the Joker didn't fuck with didn't want anything to do with this guy.. as an American that says alot about how sick of him everyone was. Damn.
The joker is a fictional character
For all I know so are you..
@@brandonmcmanis5528 You don't seem to know much of anything it would seem.
Did someone piss in your cereal this morning? You seem salty.
@@5.99USD it's a good question, I could be replying to a bot right now.
He was such a pain in the ass that the IRS didn't want to fuck with him? That has to be a first.
imagine if 10k people did this
Sup Dankula, thanks for turning the theme music down from clipping into square wave, the first video I watched killed the neighbour's dog when the intro blew the voice coil out of my speaker like a railgun
Holy crap Batman that's funny 😂
I grew up 20 miles away from their compound, in Texas, that makes them your next-door neighbor. I remember hearing stories about them, and since my family home school at the end of a private road, no one went down except our family we were treated not so kindly because we were naturally associated with Them which was really odd. In hindsight, my families always pay their taxes registered their cars had drivers license showed up for every court date we’re not sovereign citizens don’t give me wrong we believe the government’s terrible, but we’re not willing to fight about it.
