BOO LOO cocktail

Beautiful rum combo and pineapple, followed by a lime and honey linger. Super tiki libation from 1965. Comes in at 19% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Heat the pure honey a bit so it will more easily flow and mix. The fresh pineapple adds a special quality. The rums are the ones originally specified and really nail this libation’s taste. Hamilton 151 can be substituted for the Lemon Har

2 1½ inch chunks of fresh cut pineapple
2½ fresh pressed 100% pineapple juice
1½ fresh Persian lime juice
1 pure clover honey (not syrup)
Ninja blend the above until pineapple is smooth
Then, lightly STIR IN:
¾ Lemon Hart 151 rum (Guyana 151 proof)
¾ Myers’s Original Dark rum (Jamaica 80 proof)
1½ Bacardi Gold rum (Puerto Rico 80 proof)
1½ Hamilton 86 demerara rum (Guyana 86 proof)
1½ club soda
Pour over ice filled tiki boat, or large mug filled with cracked clear ice, straw
