Dude thanks my cpu usage went from 69% to 22.7% (I'm serious about the 69)
lowering bitrate is literally lowering video quality genius

Bro you have a background Video running that's WHY YOU ARE HIDING the taskbar BRUHH!!! and after doing some setting you remove the extra apps IN THE taskbar and SAY LOW Cpu usage
pretty interesting notion. I try to keep my tests the same to get accurate data I will go back and watch the video and see if there where variables. What you could do is try what I suggested for settings and let me know if it helped
I also have a newer and in my opinion better video for how to lower cpu usage even lower

Hey there, so I am assuming the audio lag is due to the High CPU % I made a new video with two different ways to lower CPU the second works by far the best but will increase GPU so if that's not a problem then I suggest the second option let me know if that helps at all ua-cam.com/video/2JpL-k2aDxE/v-deo.html
@@BashfulNuke I actually play on igpu Intel HD graphics 620 of i3 7th gen. If I lower my OBS recording resolution I dont get audio lag but my FPS are not constant.

@@Rud8206 Hmm in OBS under settings / video settings try changing your Base Resolution and Output Resolution to something x 720 for example 1280x720 lowering this from 1080 should help. You will need to readjust your screen after doing this. Also when you say your FPS are not constant you are meaning in the video correct? or is it in game itself? If in game I would suggest trying to change your encoder from the graphics to your x264 and follow the steps in the video I previously messaged. I really hope this helps if not let me know I will keep digging.

i have a problem where like when i start streaming my fps goes to 70 while my monitor is 144hz. my specs, GTX 1050Ti i7 8th Gen, and it is a laptop.
Hey there, so when you start streaming as well as gaming at the same time could you pull up task manager and see what your computer cpu% gpu% memory% is running at? Also if your laptop isn't plugged in at the time you game it could be communicating and lowering settings for multiple reasons such as power save mode so I suggest if your noticing a lot of lag in game then I would suggest turning off power save mode and if that's not the issues at the moment I would suggest lowering graphics to increase frame rates also let me know more info so I can help more I'am also away from home right now and do not have the ability to create a video at the moment I will try to get one to help you within a day or two but yeah let me know a bit more about the problem I really hope the previous helps but if not let me know and I'll try to get some better advice to you to fix your problem. Oh another thing is I know that in the past UA-cam had a fps lock in place I don't know if that's still the case but that could be why video quality in the stream may be appearing at 70 fps but that could be an entirley different problem...

@@BlazBlazz Oh okay so your saying the issue with OBS not working correctly isn't the CPU usage. Alright well next time you open up your OBS recording software to record a game or w.e pull up your task manager and then let me know what is running high. If you need help on how to find to check % in task manager keep reading if not you can ignore the rest of this comment. You can get to task manager by pressing CTRL, ALT, DELETE at the same time or going to your taskbar and right clicking it and then finding task , manager. If you don't already see CPU%, Memory%, Disk, Newtwork, and GPU%, click on the option more details at the bottom of the task manager window. Now you can tell what is causing the bottle neck. Once you find what appears to be running the highest message me back so I can search for an answer if nothing appears to be running high it would be your settings inside OBS. If that's the case I can suggest some lower settings for you to try.

@SzymonSzmulik Im getting 10% usage, using your graphics card encoder reduces the usage by a lot.
