The Korean distribution companies also deserves the blame, not just crunchyroll and the Japanese companies. Crunchyroll is not forcing them to say yes to the anime adaptation, ultimately what crunchyroll is doing is to give them an option on which studio you guys want your anime to be adapted by. The Korean companies are agreeing to these low unknown studios to animate their work. They don't want a quality adaptation, they want quick cash grab without spending much money/budget. When a Korean company cares, we get solo leveling. When they don't, we get tower of god.
