Sir I am sharing my experience and routine how I overcome from my varicose veins .. I was in very much pain in my both legs, some spiderveins and some big veins appears on both of my legs ... Can't stand for 5 mins .... pinching pain and heaviness in my legs.... I feel very much depressed and helpless ...wanted to get rid of my varicose veins eagerly ... Started watching your videos over varicose veins, understanding the problem behind pain .... How I recovered myself.... 1. Pranayam.... Started Kapalbhati and anulom vilom for 15 mins to 30 minutes.... 2. Asanas... Started doing headstand asanas for 10 minutes, 2 times a day....and every asanas as shown in your asanas videos... 3. Started walking for 5000 - 10000 steps... 4. Just select health... From 2 years, doesn't eat packed food ...cold drinks also... 5. Drinking 1 coconut water everyday empty stomach....can take 1 or 2 days gaps in week... 6. Started drinking water 2-3 litres daily... 7. Everything I eat is homemade ... nothing from outside... 8. Eat fruits whenever you get a chance... 9. Importantly don't take stress and don't think so much ... 10. Have faith in GOD... Always tell yourself God will bless you... And do naam jaap for 15 mins atleast.... always be positive.... You will see the difference in your body.... I am not fully recovered, I can feel pain sometimes but I am very much better than before... No new spiderveins or veins appears since last 2 years...
