The DAW killed rock and metal. Everything snapped to a grid, fake drum replacement, bass DI and distorted with VST, guitar sims with an sm57 and v30 adnauseum with a boost. Guitar nerds with forum advice ruined the counter culture of rock and metal. Ironically Type O Negative was the most recent video I did. Hehe
