- Being in a nursing profession we don't have a fix job hours so we have to serve in different shifts.. it's basically divided in 3 shift..
1. Morning shift (7:30am to 1:30pm)
2. evening shift (1:30pm to 8 pm)
3. night shift (8pm to 7:30 am)
Mam is nursing consider valuable by people?
It's all depends upon us dear.. if we will keep our morale high and work with dignity everyone will appreciate us.. but if we will not work properly and not respect others they will do the same thing to us.. ☺️❤️ hope you understand.. and this is very noble profession 🥰

No nothing like that.. no special reservation for Aiims students, everyone has to fight exam.. doesn't matter from which college they belong..

After completing the Bsc nursing you can directly write the exam NORCET for job.. if you will qualify the exam nd pass cut off then you will become nursing officer in government Hospital... But in private you can directly apply after completing ur degree.. all the best 🤗

2 year of experience in minimum 50 bed hospital is required... Not less then this .. covid experience seperately not countable.. if you did it in 50 beds hospital for 2 year thn only it's countable

Hi dear it depends where you get your posting A different area has different kinds of workload .. but time is 7:30 am in most areas.. ward has different duties and assignments and emergencies, ICU and OT has different... But seniors are helpful and they do not put all work on juniors everyone does there assigned work
So there is GDA in AIIMS delhi or do we have to do the other things also?
