Ah, fantastic. Nice to see it is raining at last. Things were starting to look a little parched! One of your commenters noted that CB was inhabited by those using illegal equipment. Around where I live, the channels seem totally unused. No vehicles driving around with aerials and no houses sprouting base station aerials either.🙁 (Though my neighbour's chimney still hosts most of an old 405 lines 'H' TV aerial)!

It would be no good where there's other cb'ers nearby as 80 watt output is now the norm. I don't think I know anyone using the legal 4 watts, in fact a high percentage are using widebanded HF transceivers for their CB use.
Excellent Scratchy corner test worked well all round the route, and a bit of wildlife at the end, catch you on the next video 10-10.
Good rig I had one back in the day
Great audio as expected, and I do love those 'Uniden' style meters.

It's Nottingham 35 miles azway with the burner brigade. It doesn't affect me as they swear at each other on 19.

Another great sounding rig. To my ears the older sets sound better than the newer ones? Same difference between valves and transistors 😂
Lovely day for it..(!) 🌧
Excellent weather we are having 🙄.
All part of being British!

....and they all need reporting
