I mean yeah, but also these are classic graphic design tricks that can be incorporated into maps or builds to add some unique visual interest. There’s nothing wrong with taking old techniques and applying them to a newer art media.

You just don't have a clear border and a distinct background is missing. Maybe it is just a matter of getting used to.

I love the editing style of this video. More of this please! LOL I do love how easily fooled the brain is. I really liked that color sand one with the lines. That was pretty neat.
I like the "Game cam", i think it works pretty well, and it keeps the second cam interesting.
I like the idea of the game cam, even if I was kinda confused what was going on in the beginning. If it's just the sandstone as the background or just the sky, it doesn't really feel all that necessary. Because then it's just another single color background. But if you ever use it in a not flat world it might be a fun idea, also something I can't really say to much on, you would have to try it.
I like the second camera angle, especially when you're explaining something. We can see you're hand movements and stuff like that, which I really enjoy, seems more conversational.

Gotta be honest and say that it is probably the opposite. People who don't see it probably have low IQ, which is why I only saw half of em :D
For some illusions that is exactly what happens to me though. Don't work on me but on other people. For example the Black Blue shirt one. I just saw the colors like they are when you use a color picker and it wasn't black/blue or gold/white. Though obviously some work because our eyes are made a particular way.

Optical illusions are designed to trick your brain, and any average human would be tricked because it is what their brain naturally thinks the world should work. If someone doesn't "get tricked" and it is genuine it means they are smooth brains.

I love how when it changes to the new camera, it still shows the game on the green screen. That and everything new Cap and crew have been doing with Quality/Quantity is really adding a lot to the channel

The green screen is pretty cool, but the keying could use a little work. Overall the production quality has gotten way better
You’re not going to believe me, but I saw the “Get stick bugged lol” coming from the moment I saw the “flying sticks” from a mile away. But it made me smile anyways. About the green screen I liked the implementation but I think the white background that conformed a rectangle has a nostalgic feel to it now, about the game cam I think it’s better than having the green screen as is but I think it could use some work, specially at the bottom where the quality of the image drops. I think it’s a nice touch that you actually put all of these together, most people would have only downloaded a map and call it a day. Nice video Jordan!
That Esher staircase one was actually incredible, really didn't get it until you went up to it. Awesome video!

Feedback on Game Cam:
I like the idea to make "not in the game" comments or some kind of behind the scene comments from a different angle, but 2 things are still weird to me: It is a bit confusing that half the screen there is greenscreen and then we have your floor. My brain has not transcendet yet so it bothers me for some reason. A second thing, but that will come with time I guess, is the timing I think? Or that you are suddenly so big? I don't know what exactly it is but it makes me uncomfortable in the first split second there. Maybe it's just because I'm not used to it that much.

7:24 I don't know why but this one fittet there very smoothly, same with 8:36. Maybe I got used to it over the video. I especially liked the transition in the later one where the sound came first and the picture followed a second later. "Prepares" one a bit I guess.
Its great to see him do this video. Hes mentioned it so many times and its nice to see him finally do it.
Next Jardon should do some physics/math based minecraft thing, since he loves geeking out over that, and I love watching him geek out over physics stuff.

For Jardon, At 12:00 you talk about objects being in your blind spot if youre keeping your eyes on the road, but as every good driver knows, never keep your eyes on just the road, you must always be surveying the area, scoping out anything ahead of you on your left and right, and simultaneously checking behing you periodically
I like the game cam. I like the extra angle and makes a change seeing hands and keyboard too 🙂. Like these new ones, worth waiting for.
