    Question: Why do the blur that way instead of using the blur effect? Is there any additional benefit?

    • @JavierMercedes
      @JavierMercedes  3 роки тому +1

      Yes because you only have to worry about the positional data, if you were applying a directional blur, you would have to create the position key frame data THEN key frame your directional blur as a second step. Using transform and shutter angle eliminates that 2nd step.

    I bought this guy's transition pack, and while they work under certain circumstances, if you plan on using them with speed ramping or even just slow motion footage, they just flat out don't work.
    I do a lot of sports mixes, and I was thoroughly disappointed in how difficult it was to use these. I'd get a refund if I could.
    2/5 Stars for the Transition Pack

    When i color correct a clip or a bunch of clips i make an adjustment layer and do all stuff there. That does not affect the clips a all, but it's an easy way och do multiple color adjustments.

  • @simplysurfing

    Will someone comment ....the moment i drop a transparent small logo png on the top most video track of a seq.... the adjustment layer that is on the track below it stops it effects on the clips below it..such as blur etc. which i applied to the adj layer. Remove the png layer and all is back to normal. Even slide / trim the png length and the problem starts only where the png is above. How come ?
