Someone once tried to justify the way XQC speaks by saying he is french Canadian .... I was like, woah ... I've watched lots of french Canadian hockey players being interviewed, and french Canadian coaches give interviews and not once have they sounded like they were making gibberish noises like xqc.

Cursive writing is hard to read at the best of times, so it's quite fitting that it was used to describe his communication challenges.
I think XQC is what's called a "clutterer", it's actually a trait that's much more common among very high functioning people than in the average population. Winston Churchill was a very famous example of it, if you look up some of his speeches he even puts X to shame.

Peeps who learn a second language are often great at it. But you have to remember they don't *think* in that language, they're constantly translating it. So it's harder for them to intuit what someone means if it's out of the ordinary.
It's a bit like running a virtual box on your computer in a different OS (think running android on a pc). You can do it, but it's going to be way less efficient than just using your phone.
