Just a note for viewers wondering about the cadets: Emergency Service Cadets is 13-15/16 and then it is transferred to Police Cadets til 18 years of age. Or at least that is how Kettering/Corby cadets do it. Glad to see us in the video too, helping wash the car XD I can vouch for how fun and engaging it is, having been to almost every event and session held. I have learned a lot from it and have even swayed my cousin into joining next year. Looking forward to going out and undertaking our operation too in light of upcoming Christmas
There is no 'better' cadets, they all provide transferable skills to the real world. That is what it is about, from a factual stand point the Emergency Service Cadets will be better because it leads into 3 different career routes and engages youth with civil services they will see in every day life. Army Cadets has the same for skills but lacks any gravity for the real world and engagement within a normal societal setting. Nor Army or ES Cadets are better than one another, your opinion is void.
