Will never get tired of saying this, but Canada bounces back so well, at least from what I’ve seen in this game. Although Eshenko got subbed out in the later game due to injury, Mccarthy was a great sub. He even got the last point. Canada was great in their blocking which Japan has to work on to. i like canadas strategy, their rotation targeted japans weakest blockers with canadas strongest and tallest hitters. Most teams have put their tallest hitters against japans tallest blockers to challenge and call out the undersized team but sometimes a simple game plan where you hammer down the areas of their weaknesses and play a consistent game ends in your favor. Japan seemed to try new rotations to counter it but canada accounted for this and sekita kept getting targeted anyway and canada did a great job of keeping japan out of system. When your setter is undersized it makes it harder to keep your teams offense in system bc he will be targeted. Tall opponents versus their tallest hitters usually relieves the pressure off sekita who can hang back and take ona defensive recieve specialist roll but when theyre purposely putting tall players against you when youre up front sekita has no choice but to jump and hope somone else can do the emergency set competently

Feels like there are no fans of Canada in there, it was all fans of Japan.
If u watch the full live u will see the camera always focused on a lady wearing Japan jersey cheering for Canada with taking a card written "Go Canada"
for volleyball, they love Japan team but outside, the Filipinos love the westerners
that's because all the haikyuu fans care about is japan
Congrats 🇨🇦 next time Japan ❤love your game 😊
I was there. I’m a Canada fan but we were all surrounded by Japan fans. Too many of them 😅 So even when we were cheering for Canada, it didn’t compare to how loud it was for Japan.
When there were good plays by Japan, I also cheered for them. It’s too bad the majority of the crowd wasn’t there for good volleyball but only for their “biases or idols” 😅
Canada beat USA not a surprised they can beat Japan.
Canada's setter is really awesome out there.
Is it just me or why is the quality is always of low quality when they stream at the Philippines? I noticed this since they first hosted the VNL
That’s my observation as well
They shouldn’t be the host if they can’t keep up with standard. My eyes hurt through matches.
Philippines started to host VNL on 2022. The quality of the videos were great but since last year it looks like it was taken back in early 2000s.
not only low quality, and lagging too plus stop streaming at the crucial point. so frustrating
As a Filipino, we are not very technologically advanced. That's why it looks like it was filmed on 2000s
Revenge from japan 3:0 in quarter final crazy
Impressive win from Canada especially with Szwarc not playing very well
高橋藍と同じモンツァ上がりのマーとシュワーツが凄いンゴ。
さすがトレンティーノとルーベを沈めて決勝まで来たメンバーですな
特にマーに関してはトップクラスの選手に仲間入りしたんとちゃうか?
What a close match! Great win and strong performance by the Canadian team!!
Looks like an off day for Japan. Yuki and Ran were not performing at their level. Hope they come back stronger for France and USA!!
It's so rare seeing Japan struggles with their first ball.
It was a fierce game. Both teams did a great job
Let’s go Canada let’s go!! 👏🏾 👏🏾
🇨🇦 defense vs 🇯🇵 was on par with ones against 🇺🇲 on week 2 at ottawa... it was marvelous. But still routing for 🇯🇵.
That's what I'm talking about!!! Go Canada and go Oilers!!!🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
How about extending the court area it's good though but often players can't save the ball because of the people and staffs around
You can literally know which country Filipinos is rooting for. GJ to both teams for giving an entertaining match.
せっかくいい選手揃ってるんだから選手交代上手く使って欲しい...
add replays in the highlights of good spikes
Siento que si japon mejorara su bloqueo seria un equipo imparable o al menos entraria en el top 3
สู้สุดใจญี่ปุ่น🇯🇵❤️
Fight with all your lose, good for them…
Why sudden the video quality got worst?
maybe cuz it was just uploaded
Because they're in Philippines.
@@Polimunitrue.😂😂
The lighting is different, the venue (MOA) cant get it right coz the ceiling is too high
It looks pixelated even at 1080p
5:20 un punto favoloso!!! 6:07 è il servizio che amavo fare io😃...bel match, complimenti 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
