- I have spoken about “Home” and “finding your home” a few times already but something changed in me ever since I stumbled upon this concept by myself, I want to share it with everyone I know in the simplest of form so that it can help you as it has helped me. Im turning 30 on 10th March as a single girl child of my parents I have been through a lot. Bullying abuse and people broke my trust.. 2022 - 23 the darkest phase of my life depression panic attacks I had to take anti depressents I'm starting all over again now. Hopefully everything will fall into place soon.

Now I'm 19...soon going to enter my 20s..doing btech from a govt. college. It feels like I'm stuck & want to do something else. Don't know what to do about this unpredictable life. You’re not stuck you’re going to be liberated. Doing btech from a government college in itself is an achievement. Keep a strong hold on the fundamentals of your field CS or whatever field you’ve choosen and you will flourish for sure!
Yes, absolutely. You may feel bored because it is journey, just study to pass exams and give best in last two years of degree for project and interviews. You will be independent person after that means you will earn money. And along with studies in college, explore all your interests in fests, hobbies, art making friends, you will feel better and you may also find your passion for something.... Keep going, you are at right place, not everyone gets govt. College. Make best of it.
I'm going through the same pathway like yours,going to be 20 soon still unable to hold myself still and face harsh realities even a small problem in my life makes me sweat... Don't know how can i change this

I felt each and every word you said throughout this video, gone through years of anxiety unable to explain anyone till I figured out what was the root cause of it. Lack of security within, lack of a safe space! Despite having the most amazing parents, siblings, friends and perseverance to constantly work hard in life I still went through years of turmoil. And honestly it's not a trophy that you find and all your problems magically wash off, rather you constantly have to build it, maintain it, paint it. I am 18 years old, and I've met a lot of toxic people in my life and I am still scared the negative energy they gave me, I still remember getting hurt several times because of my mindset of not having a security as you said, I always listened o other's people pov about me and it sometimes broke me into pieces,I think I've found my security check now and you made such a great video about your life journey and lessons,it really taught me a lot to love me for who I am rather than depending on other's pov about me, thankyou❤

I am 26, I started experiencing terrible anxiety attacks in the second wave of COVID. The most terrible one. I was in depression and anxiety for a very long time until I built the courage to face it and seek help. Years later, when I am finally better i almost feel so angry that no one told me about this. No one told me that this is something that we can face, there are tornados and what's the way out. And today, after years, you made me question what is my security. And that Simmy is the ultimate strength. So proud of you

Many times I think why didn't they told what to do and why No one told me I shouldn't do it but then I realize I wouldn't have been here if someone had told me this before.

My only security is me coz i know i am the only one with me itself and from the starting of my journey i don't feel like that anybody can connects me or understand me or believe me i was the only one with me at the end mentally, physically and emotionally.

Very happy to see happiness in your eyes, as you feel that, you are trying to bring a positive change in some unknown's life....i can see that happiness in your eyes.....its a satisfying feeling, which is worth more than millions or billions. When you know who you are, it makes you strong. When you believe who you are, it brings self confidence. When you feel that you are everything that you believe, then it brings over confidence or arrogance, and then your own house becomes a jail. When we dont have a house, we are thrown by the tornado everywhere and when we construct a house and challenge a tornado and win, then its very important to stay grounded after that, if not our journey of self improvement stops there. You are reaching new heights with your knowledge, so its a humble request, "just please be grounded, as you are always". And in that time I questioned myself about almost everything you mentioned about security.
That’s when I knew how important that period was for me.
I know my security now. And I think everyone should sit down with themselves and answer these questions coz in a life so uncertain and where you are the only person you can actually count on you need to know what’s your security. What are the things about you that no one can ever take from you. And worst comes worst you will always have them, and you can press the restart button.

This month i am going to be 22 and it feels so peaceful like never before and i believe it is all about the clutter in the mind of unfulfilled wishes and wants, once you realised that this world will never go as you want it to be and stop expecting from random action and peoples while having a mindset of a stoic , this world becomes easy.
