I notice it happens when i meditate or lean towards opening my heart.

I used to beleave that this twin flame is some new age BS. I never met this person physically. I met him in internet. I didn't have most of the signs for some reason. I didn't recognize him as my other me. There wasn't any telepathic between me and him. Instantly my intuition telled me that he speaks indirectly to me...He is famous in internet. Was your body rocking or shaking? When I had my twin flame kundalini activity my body moved or rocked involuntarily. I think these are called kriyas.
