This Garlic Carrot Achar can be stored for whole year in air tight jar in fridge. This is one of the the most delicious achar recipe ever that you must try. INGREDIENTS
500 grams desi carrots (देशी गाजर)
1.5 tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
15 no. garlic cloves (लहसुन)
1.5 tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
1.5 tsp salt (नमक)
4 tbsp readymade methiyo achar masalo
आचार मसाला
¾ tsp saunf (सौंफ)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
Half cup oil (तेल)
Cinnamon, cloves (दालचीनी, लौंग)
Half a lemon (निम्बू)
