Your new outpost has an incredible panoramic view! And with the golden blow of a sunrise? What a sight to wake up to!!
You even have the tactical benefit of having the high ground without being open to attack from above, or behind.
I wonder if they added any similar terrain features in, or near, the desert biome. Like the rock caves found in some desert areas on earth. Or, if they have any plans to add them in the future.
(I'm also hoping to see what the sunrise looks like from your new outpost. I'm wondering if you still get the orange glow on the dark mountain rock 🙂)

I found an area in the north west area. A massive cave with no cave worms. I was able to build a base that was HUGE and was able to build every station with storage. There is a water source in there for water pumps. It is far from the entrance to where the storms dont affect you at all. You still have to build floor, wall and roof but it was 2 walls high.
FYI - for those like me who hit upon this video and wonder where this spot is located, it's on the West - NW part of G9
This one looks like a lot of fun! Love the cave outpost. Definitely a cool place to setup.

Love watching you play my favorite game. I highly recommend the flatbread and wine combination for a low cost/resource investment on more stamina and faster stamina regen when out exploring long distance. Not a bad life living on pita and spicy grape juice.
