Мне кажется, что если бы и не убирали мякоть ананаса, все равно было бы очень вкусно. А так много отходов. Жаль не использованный ананас. Можно тогда было брать просто ананасовый сок

Also 5 Minuten, das kann man vergessen. Und anstatt Maismehl natürlich Maisstärke (oder Kartoffelstärke verwenden). Sonst geht es in die Hosen! Kochen, bis es dick wird. Auch das geht aus der Vorführung nicht hervor.

Ich habe das Rezept ausprobiert.Ich muss sagen von der Konsistenz war alles ok aber das Salz-Verhältnis wegen dem Frischkäse kommt zum Vorschein.Ich würde statt dem Frischkäse ital. Mascarpone nehmen...Dürfte von der Bindung kein Problem sein.
