Wow! 😮 you’ve definitely seen a lot of change! Do you still love living in Cary? We are seeing a lot of “long term” Cary residents opt to move to other towns like Fuquay Varina and Clayton now
Apex is a suburb/town of Raleigh with approximately 75k people. Raleigh is surrounded by many suburbs (city/towns) for example: Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Garner, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Clayton, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon.
Hello! The Triangle is the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area if you connect the 3 points of these cities it makes a triangle (how it got its name). And Apex is a suburb of Raleigh. So it's within the "Triangle" Area.
One of those "RTP" aerials is actually NC State's Centennial campus just southwest of downtown. I'd make the argument that, if your pocket can afford it, the mature neighborhoods Inside the Beltline in Raleigh are the most convenient neighborhoods and have far less hustle & bustle than many of the rapidly growing and traffic laden suburbs.
Thanks for the heads up I'll let my editor know.. yes, I agree if your pocket can afford it the neighborhoods inside the beltline are beautiful and convenient...my favorites are Cameron Village and Midtown but they still seem to have a lot of bustle these days...Mordecai and Five Points seems far less hustle & bustle its hard to believe just how close you are to downtown when you're in many of these quiet wooded neighborhoods. But you definitely need to come with your pocket book open.
@@LifeInRaleighNC Venture into Budleigh, University Park, Sunset Hills, Coley Forest, Anderson, Hayes Barton, etc., especially off the main arteries, and you'll be shocked how quite, calm and peaceful they are. As you say, it's especially shocking just how close you are to downtown in these areas, while also being convenient to North Hills, Crabtree, 440 and 40 to RTP.
The Raleigh area, Wake County, is toxic. The "holier than thou" attitude in the Raleigh is always there to bring you down. I have lived in 7 different states and rank NC as the last place I would ever want to live again.
I had no idea NC was so build up and so advanced. Kudos to developers and city planners!
I’ve only lived here 7 yrs and it’s amazing how much growth we’ve seen! 😮
Thank you so much. I like the way you discuss important topics within the city.
Thank you for watching! I'm glad you are finding it helpful ☺
Great awesome 👏 video about the suburbs of Raleigh Durham. Thank you so much ❤
You are so welcome 🤗 thanks for watching!
I lived in Cary now for nearly a quarter century since the year 2000
