My horse has a huge dose and we use a 30 cc syringe and it's so hard to push you can't do it with one hand

Vicky Singh depends on the brand. You have annual dewormers and some that are meant to be given monthly or even every 3 months. The instructions should be on the box of dewormer and tell you how often that brand should be used.
It's not that simple, and Abbigail is 100% wrong. You need to speak with your vet. Although deworming was based on set schedules for decades, the worms started to develop resistance. This horse was far from difficult. Try with a horse who would't stay around in the same room with the tube without breaking everything on the way to espace the situation.
