DDD spam is only possible with hmc plus their talent and break bars alr get depleted quickly with or without rm so double superbreak multiplier wins out bcs its just higher damage

Rm can only dream of ulting as often as hmc. Especially since hmc is currently the absolute best DDD holder due to how much energy they regen
