He is from police family, I thought 2007 barch..Mr. IG Avinash mohanty he is also 2005 IPS...father is ex DGP of AP then, so it is confirmed..he is actually chhattisgarh cadre, but filed case in SC, for cadre got AP & Telangana cadre, Mr.Trivikram varma sir 2005 batch.. His brother IPS mohanty also filed cade, done same got Telangana cadre now. Shocked to hear..
