Hey man got mine together I have a couple questions I couldn't seem to get an answer from customer service, does this have cruise control? I've got a different plus-minus controller then the manual shows but I figured it out I was just wondering if it has cruise control and when you power it on in Red Letters the word error comes up I'm assuming that's just starting everything up it doesn't stay on and what do you set your wheel diameter for on this? Thanks man any help would be really appreciated
Do not touch the controls. Do not adjust the wheel diameter. It’s already set. The error code is normal. Just comes on for a second. That’s normal. Don’t touch anything.😂
@@JHOFF111 I’ll be honest with you most Ebikes have cruise control. I don’t think this one has it, but I have never ever used cruise control. It’s very dangerous on the E Bike. There’s no need for it.
@JerseyStyle7 some of mine have it and some don't it's nice when you're on a long stretch of road, I think these wheel diameters are set wrong I guess I'll just leave them on 25, that's what they say, don't think it matters, may show a different speed
I bought the bike after watching this video... put it together and LOVE IT. BUT, My RIGHT HANDLE BAR GRIP, just the end piece came defective... how the heck can i get a new one? they don't respond to support? Can you help me get in contact with them? You are the reason I bought the bike.. I'm in Edison NJ AND LOVE IT
@@powerman2610 yeah I talked to the owner all the time. I actually handle some customer service for them as well. What’s wrong? You’re talking about just a grip what’s wrong with the grip?
@@JerseyStyle7 The right handle bar grip came oversized and warped more like a oval shaped like it's stretched. It fell off several times and doesn't fit the handle bar like the left side, actually fell off while riding and got a little scary, was thinking about crazy gluing it but it clearly is deformed.
Not at all, I passed about three the other day. I usually make a point to pedal past cops so they don’t give me a hard time. I don’t hotdog at all the time once in a while on a dead street. It’s completely legal as long as you keep it under 29 mph.

Man thats a real shame.they used a 48v unstead of at least a 60. Ill try and wait for them to catch up with the rest.of the game but thats really weak sauce. I mean honestly thwy shud slap a 72v in it.
Yes, it’s a 48 V 31.5 ah, I do agree that would have been amazing to see a much bigger battery, but I rode the other day all day and I only lost one bar. It’s not that bad.👍🏽

other than that, the bike came in good shape, only improvement as an engineer is I would redesign the rear wheel fender and how it's mounted.
