#SEAGLASS Alex, I just wanted to say...the underwater shot of that crystal clear pool and the sea floor was just enchanting. Alex, once again you blew me away with your gorgeous videography. Reaching for the camera under the water, and lowering it slowly beneath the water to show the reflection of the sea floor...accompanied by beautiful music...perfection. I loved Gail's huge bubble, WoW! Have a lovely week you two. Good luck to everyone entered to win the sea treasures!

Hello from Montana! That funky/grody looking sedimentary rock could be something like a turbidite or something called an olistolith. Like a strong tidal storm (whenever in time it's deposition occurred) ripped up mud chips from dessicated shallow sea tidal flats and washed them into channels that deposited the jelly chips (because superfine mud is hygorophobic molecularly it stays together longer) along with the sediments with them as a matrix into a pile. Subsequent sedimentation did it's thing, time and heat, yadda yadda... Eventually the chips silicified more than the matrix (likely carbonate) and when the softer matrix weather's out the warped and folded clasts remain as silica is rather enduring. Just my guess. We have a lot of shallow sea deposition features where I am and this looks similar to some of the silicified limestone/Dolostone stuff. Could be stromatolite colony clasts. Its nice specimen regardless! Also, it's very white of you to gift all that gorgeous pottery as well. It's going to be someone's Christmas in July when that Flat Rate arrives. Thank you both again for your continued company, inspiration and cheer. Cass

I love what you did with the camera work, especially the underwater stuff & the drone shots. Such fun!! I am not going to enter for the lovely seaglass because someone else wants it more than I do. Hugs & kisses to you both!!
The rock at 22 mins looks like shelly limestone, with lots of broken shells. They typically form in the area of a beach where the waves smash up the shells, so a high energy area. #SEAGLASS
Gail and Alex, I discovered you ladies back in December when UA-cam suggested your video where you made lampwork beads after I had watched another video on how to make them. I had never even heard of the word mudlark and had to Google it! Since then I have watched all of your videos and several other UK mudlarks. You all bring peace to me in these stressful times. Thank you so much. Oh, yes, and #SEAGLASS

I kinda squealed when you said you were going to give away the sea pottery! I am glad you picked up that amazing swirly rock! The fossilized wood that Gail picked up is what we call petrified wood. I have lots of pieces of that and some bigger ones too! I so enjoy your beautiful videos and getting to see your treasures you collect! I am always looking for old glass, rocks and sea glass when I get to go to the beach. We do not have anything like the amazing things y’all find in my area of Texas. I can’t wait to see who wins! Of course I would love for it to be me but whoever it is is going to love it! #SEAGLASS

You two ladies have the sharpest eyesight going to see all those tiny pieces of seaglass and pottery and jasper. I tried beachcombing once and found one piece of green glass. I was over the moon. It made my day, as my eyesight is poor with astigmatisms, floaters and cataracts. Well done ladies! #seaglass
Love watching your videos ladies, it's such good, wholesome content, I love how excited you both get when you find treasures! Your rock is mudstone with a death assemblage of fossil bi-valves, which is why they're all broken and layered, little molluscs from around 350 million years ago that are related to our present day clams, cockles, mussels and scallops!
That stone with all the swirly bits in it would look awesome if cut in slices and polished to make necklaces or even bracelets I know I have seen it before but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Always fun to watch you two having fun at the beach or wherever you are collecting at.

That red jasper stone is beautiful! It has a somewhat heart shape to it and I think if it were shaped to enhance that it would make a gorgeous pendant or something similar.❤️☺️
Brought back wonderful memories when as an Australian I got to go to Seaham earlier this year for 3 days. Inspired by you of course, did not find so much blue, my favourite colour so would love to win this great collection. Thank you for your generosity, I did give a few treasures to grandsons and friends and know how hard it is to part with! #SEAGLASS
I would love to find a beach or three that had a shore like this, here in Australia, so we could rummage through the stones and find interesting things...
You both find such interesting items and amazing scenery with music that I feel like I'm settling into a Game of Treasures from the Throne. Your panning and use of drones and plunging into the green tide pool was stunning. Feels so adventurous and I love watching you explore. Wish I were there scouting with you ladies. I found a tooth recently near a river, thought it was just a very white rock. It's human and small so most likely a child's tooth that the tooth fairy dropped.
#SEAGLASS We live in Washington State, USA, and after watching both of you finding all of your treasures, we found that we have a Sea Glass beach, only a couple of hours away. We took a day trip over to the beach last year, and although the bits of glass that we found were miniscule compared to yours, we did enjoy the adventure which we never would have even considered had it not been for you! Thank you, Gail and Alex for being an amazing inspiration for all of us! 💖
When I've had a challenging day like today, coming home, putting on jammies, making a cup of tea--- and seeing a NEW Northern Mudlarks video makes it all okay again! #SEAGLASS All the best from California to YOU!!
I absolutely love the content you both put out. We recently bought a 10 acre parcel with a home and 8 and a half acres of cherry trees. I keep finding old clay marbles, broken china plates bits and uranium glass mixed about in the ancient river cobble where the orchard is. I suspect that most of this is from flooding over 100 years ago, before they put in dikes and flood walls, I've found 16 different patterns of china. Even found a huge pick-axe head in my horses paddock this spring! #seaglass Keep up the awesome content.
#SEAGLASS I just loved this mudlark - so many unique stones, find and sea glass. Such wonderful treasures. I have not been to the beach in years so I enjoy going along with the two of you. I have been mudlarking in my own yard, finding old bricks with initials, building fairy gardens and paths. I get very inspired by your finds and salvage bits and pieces and create such little delights! Thank you for the joy you add to our lives!
An absolutely amazing haul of beautiful glass! I love all the blues you found, and the sea worn pottery was all very dreamy! Thank you for being so generous with your finds! Good luck to all! #seaglass

Sea glass!? My mom used to make humongous batches of rock candy dusted with confectioner’s sugar , it was put in a big old “pickle” jar. It might last through the winter if she stashed it somewhere. That’s what all of that glass looks like to me! It looks like the root beer flavored are gone already! I’m so glad you kept that rock, I’d probably have a whole sack of rocks from that beach. I'm not a talker but since I want to win the #SEAGLASS I'm finally going to comment. In late March of 2020 I found myself home for the duration of the pandemic. I quit my job to help protect my husband who has GOT to work every weekday. (We are in our 60's) The trail of surfing the web led me to beachcombing. Then I was enthralled with shelling. But I discovered.......Mudlarking!!! I've enjoyed every video, and am thrilled to watch you both grow your UA-cam channel. Alex, you are so talented. The editing must be hard sometimes. So much great footage. The drone footage is amazing. I just love you both. Happy hunting.

When I've had a challenging day like today, coming home, putting on jammies, making a cup of tea--- and seeing a NEW Northern Mudlarks video makes it all okay again! #SEAGLASS All the best from California to YOU!!
Love your videos! #seaglass

#seaglass
I love the the fossils and those beautiful aqua glass pieces. for me , this week the drone footage was beautiful as were the under-the-sea moments. Thank you both for taking me on another great journey. #SEAGLASS

That marmalade jar bottom would likely make a fantastic coaster for cups! It's so interesting with it partially smoothed down around the edges.
Caution everyone there are scammers making comments saying you’ve won. The drawing is not until July 25 and Gail and Alex will post the winner on Social Media.
Thanks 👍
Thank you!!

I’m amazed that you didn’t find a beeead. I went to a beach in California and found a few pieces of @ Seaglass but nothing like your haul. You two are a fun team. Love to watch your adventures.
What a wonderful treasures you found. All the beautiful colors of seaglass - I have only one piece in green which my friend gifted me few years ago. She was on holiday and found it on the beach of Croatia. It was biggest gift for me and I was so excited - as we do not have any sea around our country. #SEAGLASS
Hola que alegria doblado al español !! Hace mucho que las sigo y ahora muuucho mas !!! Me encanta lo que hacen !!!!
Another wonderful beach walk with you both. You should note the music you play - it is fantastic! I would download and listen to it as I beach comb here, so far away from where you are. Thank you Gail & Alex :-) #SEAGLASS
Hope your staying safe and cool.
Saw the news of the fires in London.
Prayers to all.
Actually that piece of petrified wood is a cool find too! Love the beautiful photography ladies, makes the journey that much better. 🙏🏼🌎. 😁. 💖. #Seaglass
What a beautiful day...lots of lovely finds.

That redbrick and grey colored rock with the swirl's on it, instantly reminded me of a Van Gogh painting. I would have put that in my bag in a heartbeat.
Your cinematography is getting much better. I thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views of my Mother country, both above the water and beneath. Thank-you for the lovely adventure and most importantly, Thank-you for the chance to win it.
The big rock with twisted lines is fossel shells.

You are a Class Act. Thank you for bringing so much joy to all of us. #SEAGLASS
#seaglass. The oval blob of sea glass reminds me of sea snail eggs we would find in the summertime at low tide in Adelaide south Australia. Lots of fun throwing them at each other.
