20 years of playing CS and hundreds of videos and articles read, this is the first time I've heard about tension issues on the mouse. Like who gets so mad and grips that tight? Looking back I've never had this problem, it would be noticeable on the fingers and forearms tightening up.
Dynamic clicking technique would usually involve leading your shots by a small amount. You would flick to just barely infront of the target and make a micro adjustment to account for any errors in your initial flick.
